Are any of those superstars eligible to be made into figure form?
Correct me if I'm wrong, but wasn't The Warlord part of that lawsuit? Yet we still got a figure of him after the lawsuit was filed.

I remember something was said about that at the time, don’t remember word for word, but from what I remember, Koko B Ware, Kamala and Warlord was all made and Kamala/Warlord was already shipped out and it was to late to stop it then. But KoKo was still in pre production and was scrapped.

Kamala and Warlord was already made and shipped out koko and barbarian was either made or in the process before being scrapped because of it I think the berzerker was also one that was supposed to be scrapped as well but still made it out
other than that everyone who was apart of it is still off the table from being made although some may become available if they have came to a agreement with wwe and Mattel has been given the OK to make them now

Wish Raven would get a Legend's deal
He seems to be on somewhat better terms with WWE as of recent years, he appeared on the 'Table For 3' series with Foley and RVD a few years ago.

Never say never with WWE. All it takes is provable demand for Vince to mend bridges.

Wasn't Mabel's widow involved in this lawsuit (or a similar one)? He was eventually signed to a deal, so I don't see why anyone else couldn't as well.

Koko was on the line-ups for elite 44, and had his own listing on brickseek years ago. His wave hit at the same time has the elite lost legends and before elite 50 Warlord, & Elite 51 Berzerker. Bill said he scrapped 1 guy from the concussion lawsuit which may have been Barbarian. Bill said he would have liked to design a Mattel Koko.

Put it this way: Anyone that you want from the lawsuit is probably not going to sign a deal unless it's an estate or WWE has drastically changed the contracts.
If you want someone like Mike Enos, well SOL. WWE probably doesn't see a huge market in people like that.

If they sign a Legends deal, they're eligible. If they don't sign one, they're not. Still as simple as that.

Wasnt the lawsuit dismissed? if it was and none of them have refiled a new lawsuit then mattel needs to put those names on a list and turn it in. As of right now the only 2 names I know Ill never see is Chris Benoit & Scott Steiner.

I heard Koko was scrapped over an unrelated issue.

I would have loved to see that barbarian figure. Hopefully it stills sees the light of day eventually.
Personally i couldnt care less about a koko b ware figure but that lawsuit really shook things up for figure collectors during this mattel run
Also , Bryan clarke a.k.a Adam Bomb had just signed a legends contract before this lawsuit gained traction (around 2016). Im sure he would have had a flashback figure by now

You forgot about Owen, you will never see figures of him- at least not from Mattel. Also, I would add Dynamite Kid to the list, Bill recently replied to someone's question about the British Bulldogs that its extremely doubtful that they will be made.
Does this mean that a prototype exists or simply a digital render on Bill's computer?! It would be cool to see what the design looks like but knowing how secretive Mattel is, the design is probably locked away in a vault somewhere.
Out of all those that were part of the concussion lawsuit, King Kong Bundy is the only I would be interested in. Not sure what effect his passing will have on a deal being struck between his estate and WWE. At this point I would say he is a question mark and it depends on whether his estate has any interest in signing a legends deal and/or whether WWE is interested in signing a deal with them?!

While the percentage is very very small....Id still say there could be a chance we get Owen one day. It may just be a situation on how long Mattel has the line compared to how long Martha lives.

Idk what exist , I just remember seeing it posted (I think) from “Bill” before he got his feelings hurt and left, that the only reason Warlord/Kamala was released was because they were already shipped heading over seas and that Koko was stopped because it was still in pre production (I believe) and something about Barbarian but can’t remember what he exactly said. But that was about 2 years ago, can’t really remember 100% but I’m sure it’s still on this board somewhere

As of right now the only 2 names I know Ill never see is Chris Benoit & Scott Steiner. I believe it was dismissed in March of this year but I also heard that the wrestlers filed an appeal so that may be why the wrestlers in the lawsuit are still off the table. As for figures we will never see, I would say the only ones that are clearly off the table and will never happen is Benoit and Billy Jack Haynes (for multiple reasons). With Chyna getting a figure, I think anyone other than those two is possible. With Steiner, he seems to be the holdout, not WWE or Mattel. Same with Owen, Martha isn't interested in WWE making a profit off of Owen so he hasn't had a figure. If those two ever change their minds their figures would be made. Though it appears they are not going to change their minds anytime soon.

Just something I find odd, is Nelson Frazier’s personal estate is listed as being in the original lawsuit and the appeal, but yet their making his figures and releasing them. Which I’m not complaining because I’ve wanted a Mable since day 1. But not sure how 1 can be made, but not others.
