At least on the bright side you have one already lol.
Last year I ordered the Walmart exclusive Asuka funko online, and the package got lost in like West Virginia or something. I was weary of ordering from them again, but when I ordered the SSeries Jeff a few weeks ago it came no problem in two days.

I was on hold for over 30 minutes before someone answered only to find out I was lied to again! I mentioned that nothing had changed in my tracking from the day before’s “exception.” An the reply I got was - “Sorry sir but the facility is closed on weekends.” Me - “but I was told yesterday by someone at this customer service number that it was delayed and I couldn’t pick it up because it was out on a driver’s truck already, but he could deliver it that day and that it would be delivered today.” Their reply -“sorry sir the facility is closed on the weekends.” Me - “OK so I was lied to when will it be delivered?” Their reply -“Maybe on Monday or Tuesday.” So much for two day shipping. Come Monday we will be on day six since it shipped with four of them being at the Lasership facility that is supposed to deliver it. lol

Didn't know FedEx delivered on Sundays. Mine just got here early, and thankfully I didn't have any of the run around that PJ had!

It wasn’t the postal service Walmart used some company named Lasership. I have never heard of them before. I just love that it was put on the truck for delivery on Friday, but for whatever reason he wasn’t going to attempt to deliver it. But because it was on the delivery truck I couldn’t pick it up myself. And I was told it would be delivered yesterday. But when there was no update to my tracking I called again and was told by another customer service representative that the facility that services my area is closed on the weekends even though the representative the day before said it would be delivered on Saturday. Then told me maybe Monday or Tuesday it would be delivered. Yet I come home from the grocery store today and there it is on my front stoop. The company customer service is so poor they don’t even know their service hours. lol but at least it’s over and I have the package now. The USPS has been great. We’ve been getting packages every morning from them between 6-7am before the driver starts their regular route. Then we get our regular mail around 5pm. FedEx and UPS have both been the same with the exception of them coming on the weekends also during the holiday season. I just wish WalMart has used one of those three companies on my order instead of LaserShip. I still don’t know why they went with them because it’s always been FedEx whenever I ordered from them in the past.

If you’re giving someone an answer as fact and you have no clue it’s lying. How do you not know what your companies hours of operation are as a shipping company? All I got out of that is they are a very unprofessional company. They’re a shipping company and they couldn’t even keep their tracking up to date. In this day and age of technology there’s no reason for that. And that’s not coming from an upset customer it’s coming from someone who worked/drove for UPS for over ten years. And tracking technology has gotten much more advanced since I was injured.

I always heard that some instances can be chalked up to incompetence over malice. I've had my dealings with postal services, especially these more fly-by-night operations which once declared my SDCC Macho Man lost in transit until I eventually got it weeks later.
