So I'm trying to get a Macho Man figure from his 93/94 time frame before he left for WCW. Help me out, please. Thanks!!

The Retrofest figure is probably your best bet. The SDCC Slim Jim would fit in that time frame as well, but most people associate that with his WCW run even though the commercials started before he jumped.

Retrofest is the only New Gen Macho that they made. Ultimate Maniacs would be the next latest in his WWF run.

I think there’s only been one, the USA one. Unless he wore the HOF attire sometime in that era

I think there’s only been one, the USA one. Unless he wore the HOF attire sometime in that era HoF was 1990 I think, his match with Hogan on SNME in February of '90. It could work if you take away the Macho King accessories.
I say Retrofest is the best bet for a New Gen Macho Man.

I meant he might have worn it again I knew it was from the Hogan rematch

I’m pretty sure he wore the BATB attire in WWF but I can’t recall when. I’m thinking against Flair for some reason. Maybe when he dropped the title back to him. If so, be too early for what you’re looking for.

For what it's worth, Macho did wear this attire in 93. Though obviously this figure doesn't have the shirt, jacket or hat. Why on earth Mattel hasn't made a single Neon Cowboy Macho Man complete with jacket, shirt and hat despite it being his most iconic look is beyond me.

If so, be too early for what you’re looking for. Yep, he did were the same tights from the BATB 3-pack figure against Ric Flair when Savage dropped the WWF title back to him. Though, he was wearing yellow boots not white and he did not have the tassels on the boots (but those are easy fixes). But, like you said, that was prior to the timeframe the OP was asking about, this match took place in September of 1992. Retrofest is the only 93/94 attire we have of Savage (though I'm not sure we he started wearing the Slim Jim attire). Though, it is possible that he wore a pair of tights as a commentator in 1993/94 that he wore previously in 1990-1992, hard to say.

Sadly the Slim Jim tights are (from my understanding) completely fictional. I searched pretty hard and couldn't find Macho wearing those exact tights, with red and yellow on both legs anywhere in WCW or in the commercials.

$$, that's why. They have only made 1 figure with a robe and 1 figure with a cowboy hat/jacket attire- both were Defining Moments figures because that line had a slightly higher budget then the main line has. Seeing as how Defining Moments no longer exists and the store exclusive lines have all been cancelled, the only shot at seeing a Neon cowboy Macho is in the Ultimate Edition line. The Mattel WWE line is a mass produced action figure line aimed primarily at kids and the budget the different lines they produce have, reflect this. The Macho figures Mattel has made are decent IMO but don't do him justice- the budget constraints limit what Bill/MDT can design and produce. In order to get some great looking Macho Man figures with all relevant accessories, you need a company like Storm Collectibles that makes high end figures, to produce them.
Flair is in the same boat, they have made 3 figures with robes, the first two were Defining Moments figures and the most recent was the Retrofest figure which was a store exclusive line. If it wasn't for the DM line, we would not have 1 complete Macho Man figure or Ric Flair figure with his trademark robes.

@slippyfalco Pretty sure the Slim Jim lower body is reused part from WM 9 Beefcake that came out a year ago and peg warmed

Well, that settles it, there should be at least 1 Macho Man figure in every Ultimate Edition wave from here on out.
