My number one prediction is that there will be some forced Smackdown vs RAW match where we are expected to believe that the superstars actually give a crap about what brand they are on. I freaking hate this concept at the Survivor Series and I hated it even more when it was its own PPV, Bragging Rights.

I freaking hate this concept at the Survivor Series and I hated it even more when it was its own PPV, Bragging Rights. The only time it works is when it's like the winning brand's team will then all face off at the next event to then earn title shot at the Rumble or something. Like I guess it's cool just as a versus show when a strict brand split is in place. Evidently this year, the brand split was barely in effect. Survivor Series 2016 did it well and Survivor Series 2005 did it well.

As awesome as last night was, the timing is a bit off. The entirety of NXT is practically at war with EACH OTHER, and literally the night before Survivor Series it's looking like we're going to see 2 War Games matches.
Then the next night they're all pals going after the WWE? Bit of a difficult obstacle to overcome.

Yeah I enjoyed that bit of subtlety, I remember Gargano doing the exact same thing when DIY "debuted" on the main roster too funnily enough. I also liked how in the same segment all the people that were feuding stood at opposite ends of the ring. I mean I guess they could have NXT lose due to them imploding, but that kinda defeats the purpose of Hunter's "family" promo. Not going to dwell on it too much though as it's awesome so far, just be interesting to see where they go with it.

Maybe that obsession will lead to Ciampa betraying Cole and Team NXT, leading to him facing Triple H on a major show for his call up.

Another idea for Survivor Series is only have four matches with the whole "Brands at War" and then four regular match ups.Something like this.
War Games-NXT Vs. RAW Vs. Smackdown NXT Vs. RAW NXT Vs. Smackdown RAW Vs. Smackdown
and then Brock/Rey,Lashley/Rusev,New Day/Revival and maybe a Smackdown Women's Title match up.Would make the card more fresh and also keep important storylines going instead of having everything put on pause for a pointless brand war. Also think that the main event match up between the brand should have something on the line.Like the winning brand gets a draft pick or two to steal a talent from another brand or the winning team members get title shots of their choosing.
