I would like to know if Mattel considers the Survivor Series line as a success (or a good sell thru or whatever terms they use). While we as the collectors see it as a complete cluster f*ck
I’m also wondering in the initial order did Mattel not include a display for these? Because coming in (theoretically) Oct / Nov, I can’t see Wal Mart shifting their planogram to accommodate this line, at this time of the year
I think there’s a disconnect on them saying something is successful and us as the consumer saying something is successful. They sell the stuff and I guess their happy, but what equals out to be the face of their product keeps dropping the ball, left and right

Programs like that are designed to gain incremental placement like sidekicks, endcaps, shippers, etc. It did happen last year with Survivor Series combined with Fan Central and Ghostbusters this year but things just didn’t work out as we had hoped for these Survivor Series figs. It happens. These can also be tied to the Elite peg so no planogram redo needed which is why a few people were actually able to find them in stores.

Interesting since my local store got exclusives like Ghostbusters and now the MOTU rings but no proper display, yet they had a shipper for Mania 35 plus E63/64. I take it had all to do with real estate in the store, which is funny because there always seems to be a Lego display no matter what.

Hi Steve if you were to pick 3 figures from RA era to be made who would they be? Like anyone? Just off the top of my head, Stacy Keibler, Torrie Wilson and Tajiri. Tajiri with a spare head that has the post-green mist effect on his face would be so sick.

I think it’s safe to say that you can probably expect to see these show up at you local Five Below, TJ Maxx, or Big Lots in the coming months.

Only thing I’ve ever found at these stores elite wise has been a Sami Zayn. Wish I could snatch up all the deals I read about on here.

Might we ever see the bearded Yokozuna head released with red tights, to make for a proper later era Yoko?

I'd honestly be happy with either the black tights with red thong, or white tights with red thong. I think it's time for a new Yoko figure. Maybe in the Ultimate Edition series down the line who knows.

Just out of curiosity wouldn’t you prefer to do a head swap rather than use a spot in the UE line for w character we have 3 of and able to head swap for. Nothing against Yoko big fan just feel we’d have enough to cover the time he was in WWF and personally rather see someone else IE Edge 06/07 as and UE?

Maybe a UE Yoko would make sense farther down the road then, but my thinking was that he would include a soft goods kimono, a bearded and non bearded head and the Winged Eagle Championship. I also feel that the UE torso style would look amazing on a Yoko figure.

I would not care which head Yoko came with as long as it was red tights, I'd be good with it. I already own the HOF and Flashback Yokos. But I bought two unopened Elite 15 yokozunas and both had staining from the robe. And it wasn't like years after the release. It had been out maybe a year when I bought two and had the issue.

What was the reasoning of accessories returning to Battle Packs?
Glad to see them return

Obviously without going into specifics of naming talent involved, is there any waves that we should be excited for in the future?
