I never pre-order, but this might be the one that gets me to break the streak. This figure is absolutely amazing. I'm just hoping it's relatively close to scale with Mattel figures.

For me it’s about $30 Australian cheaper than buying off storm direct. Storm was 55 usd and 35 shipping. Rsc is 60 less 10% to 54 and 18 shipping.
I’ll probably pull the trigger at some point, but it’s a pricey figure and I’m not certain I wanna pre order at that price or wait and see how it sells first.

Also, people are paying $100 for Paige and Kassius Ohno right now on ebay. It's not that big of a deal if you don't want to spend the money. It's a premium figure made overseas. People drop this kind of money on Figuarts and Mafex figures every single day. It's not special in price for this kind of premium figure. If you think it's too expensive, just move along with your life. |

My first pre-order in almost six months. Would've ordered from Storm directly but the $32 shipping was a no-go for me. I can justify the price because it's not likely that I will ever need another 6-7" Liger figure for my collection after this one. Can't wait for this to ship. Thanks for offering it, Ringside.

So we have store exclusives you can’t find in stores going for a lot on Ebay, Super 7 figures you have one month to pre-order for $45, and now $60 figures? I love wrestling figures but this is just bumming me out.

Yeah same as most you guys.
Went to preorder from Storm directly but the $32 for shipping was too much. So $62 shipped after a code made it worth it.
Don’t think neither Mattel nor Super 7 (may be wrong) is making liger anytime soon.

The price was a surprise in relation to the The first Hogans. However, it’s not something I’m not used to. The figuarts street fighter Vega is $63-70 and is much smaller scaled. The detail on this figure is awesome and I don’t mind paying as much for a one-off that we’ll most likely never get from Mattel. The only thing that’s not letting me pull the trigger at this very exact moment is not knowing the scale and also wondering if it’ll go on sale somewhere down the line.

I see so many people asking for comparison shots on insta and still nothing. The figure was showcased recently at a comic convention (NYCC?) and still no comparison. I'm hoping he's shorter than Storm Hogan which will be fine because that's closer to scale with Mattel Brian Pillman. Liger is a short stocky guy in real life, so I have no problem with the thickness of the figure. |
