Way back in '02 he appeared on an episode of Raw. Eric Bischoff storms into the production truck and berates him.

I nearly sure he was on Raw earlier this year. There was a brief backstage segment that showed him and Becky talking. Could be wrong but it definitely looked like him.

Since he was brought up, Jim talks about believability in wrestling, yet how many people do you know wear a tacky suit and carry around a tennis racket?
Is there a reason for the racket?

Is there a reason for the racket? wow that went over your head. The tacky suit is a heat magnet. It was the 80s, he was a preppy mama's boy with privilege. All those southern fans don't appreciate "fine" suits like that. Cornette also explained the racket in a shoot once; he needed a prop to hand to his guys for the cheap win, again another heat magnet. Much like Jimmy Hart had the megaphone, Fuji/Blassie with their canes, and Paul E. Dangerously had the cell phone. It was a prop that added to his gimmick of a preppy boy and used as part of the storyline to get heat. Remember, the racket was "loaded" This was all by design.

Its a foreign object and getting hit in the head with one really does hurt. I have been listening to Jim Cornette's rants on guys like Kevin Dunn and Vince Russo and it is the funniest stuff.

Hence why he always would kind of spike them with the handle. There was supposedly Lead loaded in the handle. Ricky Morton, Robert Gibson, Hawk, and Animal's throats could apparently storyline attest to that.

I always thought his outfit was close to looking like a country club member from golf courses back then...so why not a golf club? Was that gimmick taken?
