I can't wait to hear CM Punk give his honest opinions on the Rusev/Lana/Lashley story, lol.

Rusev commented on instagram how that was a great storyline, gotta say what Vinnie Mac wants you to say, as long as he's signing the paychecks.

The one bridge I can't seeing rebuilt is the bridge with Martha Hart. It would be great if it was though Demolition is another bridge they can't seem to rebuild. I guess it's too demolished! Bad joke I know. The only reason I can think of him being back is the money he spent on the lawsuits he had. Unfortunately they will probably fix the relationship maybe when Ax dies? Not that I am hoping for that, but Bill seems to have the most issues with WWE out of the two.

Now that it's real, the only thing I can hope for is that this show reinvigorates his passion for wrestling. There are so many matches I want to see him have still. I also think WWE needs his mic work now more than ever. But I'm not putting the cart before the horse. I'm glad he's happy doing his thing.

I watched about 20 minutes of Raw this Monday. Terrible show after a good showing last week. If Punk returns to WWE TV, I won't even waste the 20 minutes. I feel like its inevitable now, especially with Wrestlemania season looming. I really hope I'm wrong.

I would think Styles - Punk is the go-to first match.

Great to see him, but this is a deal with FOX. He’s not signed by WWE so don’t expect to see him on WWE TV anytime soon.
It will be cool to see if he gives honest opinions.

I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t a bit disappointed to see him not surface in AEW. would’ve been an epic moment and potentially a big shift in the wrestling climate.
I find this role for him a disappointment. that’s my take as a fan. has nothing to do with what’s best for the person, so more power to him if this is the role he was seeking.

Went to sleep early so I didn't see it when it actually happened; I only found out when I saw a flood of Twitter notifications on my phone's lock screen announcing it and legitimately cried tears of happiness, not ashamed to admit it. A big part of the reason why my signature here has remained relatively unchanged for over 7 years is because Punk completely reinvigorated my love for professional wrestling when I was at a point of finally falling out of it around the time of the Pipebomb in 2011 and I quickly expressed that to him in the time that I had when I met him at Caroline's during RSF12.
Any Punk in the wrestling scene is a good thing moreso for him and his finding peace with the industry after the fiasco of 2014. Looking forward to his appearances on the show and, without holding my breath, seeing what the future holds for him and the sport now that he's taken the first step back in it in some capacity.

Nice to see him back in the wrestling biz in some capacity. Would care more if AJ wanted to wrestle again. Would be some great match ups and could be the "one" to beat Becky, even for a short title run.

VAW should be the next big group in wrestling. Vince McMahon can be the leader with a heel Roman Reigns as the top guy running through the whole WWE roster and winning every title. Shane McMahon can be in it as well.
