I ordered E71 Hardy on Monday but have yet to get a dispatch confirmation email when my orders are normally dispatched the day after. I take it this is just due to the volume of orders placed over the last little while and nothing I should be concerned about? Cheers  |

The shipping wait is awful. I’ve been waiting for 2 weeks for my order that placed on Thanksgiving . It supposed to be here tomorrow. My 2nd order from a week ago hasn’t shipped yet. I know it’s busy but come on

The shipping wait is awful. I’ve been waiting for 2 weeks for my order that placed on Thanksgiving . It supposed to be here tomorrow. My 2nd order from a week ago hasn’t shipped yet. I know it’s busy but come on What do you expect? 3 day shipping on Black Friday/Cyber Monday weeks? They have hundreds of orders to pack and ship daily around this time. You can't expect your order to be packed and shipped out immediately when there's likely hundreds that need to be done before yours, and the fact that the employees are working their asses off to get them all done. I placed my order on the first Black Friday sale, it has to ship internationally to Australia, it's not here yet and i doubt it'll be here for another week. Do i mind? No, because i realise how much they're working over there and how insanely busy it is at this time. I don't get how people can expect quick shipping and arrival at this time, common sense. |

If it's under a different e-mail can you please PM me your order # so I can check it out? I do see you placed an order on 12/3 and it shipped on 12/7 via FedEx SmartPost. I do see it is still in transit with the shipping carrier. Please be advised FedEx Smartpost can take a little longer to deliver since it involves FedEx transferring the package to the post office. I can appreciate how busy they must be, but the shipping wait is a tad fustrating - even moreso, when your order contains just one single item. I'm waiting on the order I made monday to ship. Being that it has to get to the UK - via Sweden, I'd like it to get on its way, so it doesn't get caught up/delayed in the Christmas post. |

After last year I knew to expect almost 2 weeks to receive my order and I'm fine with that. RS will also take the time to check the status of your order.
I finally get my Cyber Monday order tomorrow, can't wait!

I ordered some of the cheap stuff. I got my 1st order from Thanksgiving or Cyber Monday this week. I know it takes a while this time of year especially with the free shipping.
My Undertaker/Kane box was torn and coming unglued also but I'm ok with it as it's not worth the hassle of sending it back. Stuff happens, and I just put some tape on it.
