So Walmart just canceled my first order of the two random figures which I placed Dec 5, but the order I placed for Sting and Triple H a couple days ago shipped no problem and should be at the store for pick up Tuesday. Makes no sense how their website ordering is run.

I had a feeling they were going to cancel the random figures because my order for Finn, HHH, and Sting were shipped the next day while the randoms I ordered days earlier hadn't moved at all. FedEx was scheduled to deliver yesterday, but a delay pushed it to Tuesday. At least they are on the way.

So did I especially seeing I had shipped it to store. Two or my three Muraco orders that I had shipped to store were canceled as were two of the three MotWWEU figure orders I placed also. But I had a faint hope because 1 Muraco and one MotWWEU order that I did use the ship to store option did ship. But all three random figure orders I placed prior to this one (2 Random Survivor Series and 1 random MotWWEU) all were canceled.

I seen this today, at my local Walmart, but it was on a stackbase with the shipper displaying the set.
I looked at it for a second, it’s cool ... but not anything that I’ll collect.

The last time I was at the Monroe Walmart they only had 2 or 3 of the ring playsets left. And unless they moved them from the shelf in the store’s main aisle I didn’t see any left at the Airmont store either. So they did move around here.

They sold well here. The display got put out a week or so ago and as of yesterday only two were left.

I mean, who really thought that a cross between He-Man & WWE was going to even sell well? Its one thing if they used the old style figures and made classic guys you could blend in with Remcos....but cmon, this was doomed to fail from the beginning.

If anyone could pick me up one of these for $15, I’d be much obliged.

Doesn’t help that each Walmart got in about 40 of them. Such a niche line. Probably should of been exclusive to gamestop of anything

We constantly beg for large pieces and Mattel tells us no that there's no room on the shelves and yet they make these things to sit and rot. Of course this will somehow be our fault too when we ask for an entrance ramp or a backstage set....they will blame it on the crappy sells of the MOTU ring, which have nothing in common. One run of the MOTU figures like the Ghostbusters would likely be ok but if they sent cases and cases then it would have ended up exactly like Zombies and Monsters and rotted on shelves because people dont want silly stuff like that. They want just legit basic wrestling figures.

It all boils down to distribution. Some people are saying their stores got 30 of them and I haven’t seen any. Mattel’s distribution has to be the worst of all the wwe lines in their toy history.

My main Wal-Mart got like 20 and my other one got like 12. I'm pretty sure they are all gone unless they got moved to the clearance aisle.

It's been said over and over and over again, yet people still won't understand it. Mattel doesn't control what each Walmart gets.

A couple Walmart stores in my area got these and there are none left so it sold well in Connecticut. Each store had the display too with about 30 pieces.

The bottom line is the distribution hasn’t been a strong point throughout the license. I guess we could say Walmart/target/etc is the worst at distributing Mattel WWE toys.

I was able to get the 4 single figures and the ring with the 2 figures over the past few weeks online unfortunately Walmart’s packing is terrible and some came with creased cards and squashed bubbles. After a few reorders I was able to get a passable set before Walmart.con raised the price to $35 a figure
