Funny my walmart doesn't have these, but the one the next town over has these stocked.

I saw about 20 rings today for $15 each.
They may should’ve waited until the actual MOTU figures come out. Idk. Hopefully the singles do better than the ring has

Only instructions and a sticker sheet with my ring. Btw, the comics with the first wave figures is a single piece of paper folded in half. They're not like the old He-Man comics which were multiple pages. That’s a disappointment. Thanks for the info. I’m thinking of buying the book of the He-Man mini comics. Definitely recommend it. I have it. Its a pretty thick book.

These are a lot of fun! For people who are just starting to look at these, they are 5.5-inch WWE wrestlers with attire inspired by characters from Masters of the Universe (MOTU). The packaging is very similar to the vintage 1980's MOTU line. You can take them apart and mix-and-match to create your own custom figures! Mattel will be releasing a similar line of MOTU figures called Masters of the Universe: Origins this Fall, featuring vintage 1980's MOTU designs, that will be interchangeable with these WWE figures! Each figure is packaged with a mini comic styled after the vintage Masters of the Universe mini comics, depicting a story specific to the character. The Masters of the WWE Universe (MOTWU) figures are Walmart exclusives. The website lists them for $35 each but the stores sell them for $14.92 each. Wave 1 is arriving in stores now, with at least two other waves in the works. Announced so far are the following: Wave 1: HHH, Sting, John Cena (as He-Man), Finn Balor, Ultimate Warrior, Grayskull Mania Bundle (Ring, HHH variant, Cena variant), and Grayskull Ring. Waves 2 and 3: Undertaker, Rey Mysterio, Macho Man, Braun Strowman, New Day, Roman Reigns, The Rock, John Cena (as Faker). You can find more info and discussion, including a TV commercial for these toys, here: www.facebook.com/mastersofthewweuniverse/www.facebook.com/motuorigins/

My closest Walmart has quite a few of the Grayskull mania set on clearance for $8. I picked up one because I wanted the ring. Would be more interested in the figures if they were ‘80s guys. That’s a disappointment. Thanks for the info. I’m thinking of buying the book of the He-Man mini comics. Definitely recommend it. I have it. Its a pretty thick book. Second the recommendation. It’s a beautiful book — and much easier on aging eyes!

Speaking of mini-comics. From He-Man.org: the MotU Origins figures will be packed with a longer comic, but each figure in the wave will include the identical comic. Wave 1 and 2 of Origins is exclusive to Walmart in the Fall, then all retailers carry the line in 2021.

Looks like Walmart.com finally correct the price of these from $35 to $14.98 yesterday.

I see a few people have found Wave 2. Are these going to have the same SKU?

I see a few people have found Wave 2. Are these going to have the same SKU? Probably the same. Almost all the stores in the area that were sold out yesterday got stock under the old sku 532716084 this morning. I stopped in at the Walmart near my job, too bad it was wave 1. I'll have to check my home store later to see what they got. A lot of people crapped on this line, but 12 out 14 stores in my area sold out of the first one or two stocks of the first wave. Not sure if there will be enough demand if every store is getting more wave 1. Update: my town's Wal-Mart also got wave 1 and a case a E74 without an exclusive. Wal-Mart can't suck enough.

A MOTU collector friend just hooked me up Series 2... I've grown to love these figures. Has there been any word if anything will happen with them beyond Series 3?

A MOTU collector friend just hooked me up Series 2... I've grown to love these figures. Has there been any word if anything will happen with them beyond Series 3? I think there was a question in the AFA Q&A thread about this, where he answered that the line would go on, but I might be wrong - have a look there anyway, or ask him there - I’m sure he’ll be happy to answer if he can. Edit: Here’s the response: forum.wrestlingfigs.com/post/8818135/threadHow has the line been performing in stores? The occasional Walmart photos I see make it seem like they aren’t peg-warming at least, though that could just be that Walmart can’t get anything onto the pegs long enough to warm

I picked up the entire series 2 tonight.
Balor from series 1 is definitely a slow seller. He's the only one from the first wave that I see anymore.
