Yup I also caved,
Got Retrofest Iron Sheik, lowest he’s been from the start and that’s only a couple of dollars knocked off. Got RSC Andrade for the legs, again he shot up to $19.99 then back down to $15.99. And I picked up E72 Rey just because.
I really wish prices were slashed like true BF and CM sales, I’m sure the volume of orders would vastly outweigh these efforts to meet their original markups. That’s the point of these kinds of sales so that they differ from all the other sales through out the year.

Decided to get Kairi Sane. What a beautiful figure, it turned out just the way I wanted it with all the deco and accessories. Top job, Mattel. Thats more like it.
Since the black friday sale ive got the following:
Undertaker as Kane exclusive
Mustafa Ali elite
EC3 Elite
Sarah Logan
As a UK customer, I had to get them shipped individually so I can avoid customs charges but the cheap shipping ringside offer for one figure has certainly helped big time.

The only item that remotely counts as true "slashed prices" would be the milk-o-mania set when it was down to $9.99; but again - eye-liner Austin, street clothes Angle, and thunder legs Steph isn't exactly on everyone's wish list or it wouldn't be so available.

Agreed. I can only speak for what I would consider a great deal. This is my favorite time of the year when it comes to discounts on figures. Maybe even more so this year because I held off on buying a lot at retail prices. I say that and then I get roped into buying newer Elites from 72/73 like I'm making up for lost time. I can't win lol. |

Im not, RSC add the value on the customs with the 10% discount included, Ive bought other figures from them before at the same price with the same discount and both got through customs. Both came to $20 with the discount and even though it comes to just over the £15 threshold at the moment, it gets waived if its a just a bit over. |
