No. I think AFA said that the two packs are for top tier talent. If they get new elites then probably inserted into the main line or store exclusives. This is not meant towards you, but if he said top tier talent then how did Samoa Joe get a slot in the second set released I love the wrestler Samoa Joe, but his figures don’t exactly set the shelves on fire. These kind of choices are what kills these lines, before they ever have a chance to take off IMO Rey definitely is top tier. And a Marvel Mysterio version of him will sell. My guess is they made it a two pack to get that Rey out quicker and/or budget reasons seeing that Rey would be more expensive to make than his normal figures.

Heavy Machinery & Lacey are confirmed for 76 (in addition to the leaks); 76 has no store exclusives Rick Rude & Viscera are more or less confirmed for 77 (plus leaks); we saw a Ronda that is probably in this set & I think the chase is Blassie R-Truth is confirmed for 78 Where are the leaks from? I have no idea ask whoever posted them in the thread earlier

I’m still waiting on Mattel to show at the very least a render of an updated KO Elite with the new tattoos and thicker beard. He hasn’t had a new Elite since 66, and it’s very outdated (being based off a look he hasn’t had since early-mid 2018). I can't imagine feeling so deprived over someone whose last figure was released in early 2019 still not having a new figure in late 2019. It's not like he's sporting a whole new gimmick. Well, as you should’ve been able to tell by my profile picture and username, I’m a big KO fan, so having a really outdated figure of someone I’m a big fan of for so long bothers me. I dunno. Maybe it’s just me. I just feel like for someone that’s had a new look for several months now, and is one of the top faces right now, they should’ve at least shown a render by now.

I had no idea another miss Elizabeth was coming. What attire would she most likely be in?

He's been back for ten months. It's been stated on several occasions that the turnover time for a figure is usually in the market of at least a year, with Steve having stated last month that they're already working on product slated for as far out as 2021. Even an expedited release, like last year's turnover between Ronda Rousey's debut and her eventual first release (a basic), require another figure to get bumped from a line and hinge upon the factory being able to adapt to a last minute change. Those are likely seen as reasonable accommodations for a name like Ronda Rousey suddenly debuting to instant demand, but for something like a slightly altered look for Kevin Owens, who, while popular, isn't exactly hurting for representation in the line, it isn't unreasonable to expect that a normal schedule of slotting and release be followed.

That’s fair enough, but I do find it a little odd that we were able to get Elites this month of Styles, Balor, and Andrade all in Rumble 2019 attires, and there still wasn’t even any mention whatsoever of a new Owens Elite (the Rumble was in January, he returned in February. Not too far apart). All a new Owens would require is a new head sculpt. The body doesn’t require any retooling. IMO, I think they should’ve at least shown a render or announced one by now. Nonetheless, I do appreciate your lengthy reply. Gave me some new information that I wasn’t aware of.

If I had to hazard a guess, I'd bet a Coke that those three were already slotted into the line well in advance, and that the final paint applications (which I'd imagine are one of the final calls made anyway) were made after the fact. The timeline would certainly add up...I mean, weren't most of E74 only rolled out publicly at RS Fest like, last month or the month before? By the time the figures are readily available to purchase, the gear would be a year old as is. I'm guessing Mattel didn't have any advance notice on KO's return, leaving the clock to start at 00:00 once his music hit back at the end of February.

Triple H & Daniel Bryan are in the series before that and they’re in their Wrestlemania 35 attires. And Batista is in the set before that.

If Orton is in the Summerslam set I really hope it’s either 2004 or 2014, all I ask is that it’s something colorful instead of that same black base over and over again
