I feel Carmella's title reign is criminally underrated. Unlike a lot of title reigns, male or female, it had a very specific purpose and she did a good job in her execution of that purpose. Creative blew final act of the story, but by doing so, inadvertently started the rise of Becky. So one could argue that Carmella's title reign was the most important women's title reign in many years up until that point.
