Vince booked himself against nearly every major star one can think of...Flair, Hogan, Bret, Shawn, Austin, Rock, Undertaker. But, there are a few he never faced. Out of the guys made by NWA/WCW, he never worked Sting or Goldberg. Savage left before the "Mr. McMahon" character had come into existence, same with Warrior. Who would you have liked most to see McMahon work?

I remember almost thinking Vince was gonna show that night, especially with how far Bischoff took it. And I know it's completely far-fetched, especially in hindsight, but imagine if there had been a one night only joint WWF/WCW show around that time frame. Their ego's would've never allowed it, but it could've been huge, and if properly promoted, a lot of money could have been made by all involved.

Other than Austin I was never a fan of Vince wrestling. Nor did I ever want or care to see Shane in a match.

savage/mcmahon could be interesting just with the idea of randy coming back for revenge. shame we never saw him return.

And I'm with ya as far as Shane goes. I was never a fan of his either.

Maybe Jesse Ventura. The match itself probably would be lousy but I think the promos leading up to it would be highly entertaining since they have history together.

It would've definitely been interesting if he had showed up. I wonder if they would've actually tried to work out an actual match or angle. Or more interestingly, if he showed up and they had a shoot fight. Yeah, Bischoff had his karate/judo background, or whatever. But honestly, Vince was pretty jacked, especially around this time. I think my jaw dropped when he showed up at the Rumble in 1999 looking like a beast.... Either way, it's somewhat surprising this wasn't a WrestleMania match during Bischoff's tenure around '03 or '04.

Eric Bischoff trained karate in the 80s, but if Vince was able to get his hands on him, he would tear Bischoff in half.

Other than Austin I was never a fan of Vince wrestling. It still amazes me how HBK/Vince was PWI match of the year in 2006... Guess it goes to show how crappy of a year it was wrestling wise, especially in WWE...

Surely NOBODY believes Vince had any intention of showing up on the oppositions PPV.... at the invite of his genuinely hated enemy..... for a worked match where he had no protection AT ALL...….in a company where he had no contract.... that would give them legitimacy? Surely not lads....LOL

It just seems like Vince would've wanted to milk it for more, especially considering their history. It's certainly not something I would've paid to see, and I guess Vince saw it that no one else would either.

When Jesse throws Shane over the top rope at SSlam 99 he yells ''That was for your old man you little bastard!'' They could've used that as the first seed planted.
