Damn shame but a great run. Grail is one of my very favorite movies ever. Jones was hysterical in both Grail and LoB as a performer, though, and that's how I'll remember him most. Just an incredible body of work as a writer. It's one thing to be the architect of jokes but you saw him bring everything to life as a director in those first three films to almost comedic perfection. Just an extremely talented guy who should be celebrated.

I've heard he's been unwell for a while now. Was great in Monty Python & other things I saw him in. Sad to see him go, but at least he's in peace.
R.I.P.

His portrayal of Mrs. Scum in the "Take Your Pick" sketch is comedy gold. His wig, his outfit & voice were freaking hilarious.
So sad to hear that he suffered with dementia for years.
Sometimes life just isn't fair.
Thank you for making me laugh, Mr. Jones. At least Graham has someone else to laugh with, now.
