Really excited for this. There’s so many people(Darby, Bucks, Lucha Bros, Mox, Jurassic, OC, Omega) that I really would love to have in figure form. It’s so cool to see AEW being such a success only a year in!

I guess Hawkins and Ryder won't be talking about wanting to collect these even if they do. lol

I'm hyped to see this news~!
I want these to be in scale with Mattel's Elite, too much of my existing collection is Elite and if these don't fit in, then it's not going to be worth it.
I pre-ordered Lucha Bro's figures, NJPW series 1, and got the 1st Liger figure. I will most likely get the black/gold version of Liger too. But, I want an overall collection that is in scale to my existing collection.
Assuming they'll work with what I already own, I will buy the 1st wave. Here are my hopes for series 1.
Series 1: Kenny Omega Jon Moxley Cody Chris Jericho Darby Allin

I guess Hawkins and Ryder won't be talking about wanting to collect these even if they do. lol Hawkins trained MJF and Kris Statlander and the pod already put out a quick breaking news podcast about the AEW line on their patreon once the news broke. And they said they'll be going to NY Toy Fair to get more news/pics about the figures. So it's safe to say that they will (their pod isn't under the WWE banner)

If they'll be 6 inch like the Fortnite figures, Marko Stunt better be 3 inches like the other Fortnite figures. Accuracy is key.
Either way, i don't see myself getting any of these unless they make a Brodie Lee.

I was excited by the news about the AEW figures so I ducked into a store to check out the Fortnite toys by Jazware. I only found 3 3/4 inch figures. I found some 6 inch fortnite figures but they appear to be made my McFarlane Toys. Are there any 6 inch Fortnite figures by Jazware that I'm just not seeing? Like everyone else, I really want the AEW figures to be in scale with the Mattel Elites.

I'll def.grab Le Champion regardless what they look like. But AEW has lost my interest already. I like MJF but I'm just not into it.

Really interested to see the quality on these. If they scale with elites then even better.
My guess for Wave 1 would be Jericho, Cody, Kenny, Darby, Riho, and Moxley.
Would love to see box sets too for tag teams and stables.

I think the first wave is likely gkmma be Jericho, Moxley, Cody, Kenny and the Bucks. You're gonna want those guys out first even though I'd literally take Darby over basically everyone. He's the most toyetic guy they have.

I'm interested to see what the trickle down effect will be. If these end up at mass retail, I have to think that will take space away from WWE product.
If Jazwares launches high quality AEW and GI Joe 6in lines, my wife may have me sleeping in the shed.

I'll probably grab everything as long as they look good, but Kenny and the Bucks are my must haves. Kenny with finger gun is a must as I want him posed with one of the IWGP titles I'll be getting in the NJPW line!

I think a well produced line of 3 3/4 inch wrestling figures would be really cool. I always prefered playing with my GI Joe's than my WWE toys as a kid. Better scale for me.
