I only read autobiographies and non-fiction books but this year I really wanted to start expanding my taste. So I wanted to start getting into fiction books. So, what is everyone's personal favorite book/series?

I am a huge fan of the Star Wars Legends books. They are some of my favorite stories to date, especially if you are a Star Wars fan.
If that isn't your taste but you still like nerdy things, a classic is Ready Player One. It has great easter eggs and an engaging story that will keep you reading. Watch the movie after (or before) too since they are both different in their own ways based on the time periods they each were made in.

As an adult reader, I primarily read non fiction and biographies/autobiographies, but my favorite book of all time is The Outsiders by SE Hinton.

My all time favorite book is Pet Sematary but I'm also a huge Hemingway fan. Check out his complete short stories book to start.

Dune by Frank Herbert. Essential reading if you're any kind of science fiction fan.

I’m a big fan of H.G.Wells books, I read the Time Machine for college and I legit could not put it down. Was gutted when I finished it, I really enjoyed it. War of the Worlds was good too.
My favourite book as a kid was Holes by Louis Sachar, and it was made into a Disney movie. Of course I loved reading all the Harry Potter books, some of the books are better than the movies in my opinion (prisoner of Azkaban was a better read than watch for me).
There’s a British novel I’m sure some of you might have read called “The curious incident of the dog in the nighttime” by Mark Haddon which is a great book.

I like a lot of Mercedes Lackey books. I recently finished The Cloud Roads which was a really neat fantasy story about some shapeshifting dragon people. My all time favorite fantasy books were The Ancient Blades trilogy, about a thief that helps to save his city. It's got a lot of plot twists, great characters and world building. I highly recommend it.

I love to read, so it's hard for me to choose one book ... But I still remember how impressed I was with the Green King book written by Paul Lou Sulitzer.

I would have to say Mick Foley's autobiography is my favourite book.
I've reread that a couple of times as well as his novel Tietam Brown.

My favourite book is Man Search For Meaning by Dr Victor Franks. This book is the has river of emotions in it and it will definitely affect your emotional intelligence. How to survive in life is the main theme of this book. Positivity, spirituality, empathy and emotional intelligence coaching are some key points to get successful in life. Do read this book.

I'm a huge Michael Crichton fan, so I like all of his work. His book The Lost World, is totally different than the movie. I still love the movie but the book doesn't have the T-Rex running loose in San Diego or InGen trying to raid Isla Sorna to gather dinosaurs for their amphitheater in San Diego.
I also like Dean Koontz.
Favorite nonfiction book would be Unsafe at Any Speed by Ralph Nader. Or any of Tom Cotter's The In The Barn series about barn find vehicles.
