As long as it’s not boring deco I don’t care either. But he wore some bland attires before the colorful DX era tights so I’m not getting my hopes up I mean, realistically, I'm expecting exactly what's in the pre-order promo pic. Gear of any sort would be cool, but as long as the figure pairs well next to Chyna, which is the real sell for me, I'll be fine. I feel a little stupid this morning after preordering sight unseen, but all but $8 of it was leftover funds from selling stuff on eBay, and I've got a ton of crap to build that balance right back up with, so it's kind of a wash I guess. I don’t think it’s dumb; the appeal here is Chyna, the HHH is just window dressing and a price bump on the other figure |

So they found a way to get me to buy a Chyna...pack her in with Triple H. They found a way for others to buy an Attitude Era HHH...pack him in with Chyna |

I think either way one of the figures will have a more flashy attire while the other will be a bit on the plain side.
Not a complaint as this makes sense given the attires both wore during those years. In 1997, Triple H was still wearing the pretty generic "Blue Blood" tights while Chyna rocked some crazy outfits with chains/handcuffs attached. Her attires really calmed down once the second incarnation of DX took off in 1998 which is of course when Triple H started wearing some very fun and colorful attires.
Since this is her debut for Mattel, I think they should go the late 97/early 98 route as that is vintage Chyna. Some of those more detailed early outfits would make for an awesome first figure. Also, I don't believe there has been a Triple H made from that timeframe which would make it a welcome addition especially if a robe is included.

Ringside posted a picture of the 2 pack on Instagram but just deleted it. The Triple H was a 1997 green robe version.

Chyna looked amazing. I still want to know what gear HHH is in, but I'll probably display with the robe regardless. Considering the lack of accessories in the first two 2-packs, pretty nice to see two belts, a softgoods robe, and new sculpting on Chyna in this one. Hope that this gets picked up by a retailer so to keep the line going.

You have to remember this is a trade show. Their target audience doesn't know the spinner belt from the AWA title, and couldn't care less. It's about giving retailers an idea what the product looks like and selling them on carrying the set. |

Don't regret preordering the DX 2 pack, might have to get another. Looks sick MOC. Assuming the title belt is just a place holder for the European title.

HHH's robe looks a bit cheap for the lack of a better term. Was never a fan of the Sheamus/Flair torso for blueblood HHH.
