TBH they're all great, but my personal favorite is the original DM. If you could only have one Ric Flair in your collection, that's what I'd go for. Retrofest is a good substitute.
The FB Basic still stands as my all time favorite Basic, which is not an easy feat.
The other Elites are good, especially that second DM representing an older Flair with a beautiful robe, but the first DM stands tall among the others IMO.

I'll never be satisfied until I get mid 90's Ric Flair and Evolution Ric Flair (preferably with black trunks'knee pads and colored boots w/ Evolution shirt).
My favorite is the 80's one I made where I put the 4 Horseman head on the first DM with the Carolina blue trunks. But I also really like that Retrofest one.

Mattel seems to have trouble getting his face right, his first scan looked too old.
In my opinion, if you were including fix-ups, the best possible Mattel Flair would be the first DM one with the BAF JJ Dillon set Flair's head.

That DM is so spot on.

Definitely go for the DM black robe Flair, you won’t regret that choice....I remember thinking $25 was expensive for it when I bought it at Kmart but I’m so glad I grabbed it considering the prices of it now these days

Yeah I’d say get the original DM Flair, the JJ Build a fig Flair, and get the Retrofest and you’re forever good on Naitch.

Honestly....NONE of the Flairs have the right torso at all. It’s always bothered me.

First DM Best and if you only had one it’s be the one to get. Feels like wwf 91 era for me The 4 horsemen 4 pack is great for a late 80s flair as well as JJ BAF suited flair
Retrofest feels like wm8 -1992. Good figure too but comes in at 4th on my list unless you can’t get the first DM

The one where he's jacked to the gills and has a 6 pack. Oh wait, I think that's all of them.

Gotta say this is where Jakks has one over on Mattel. Their Flairs were great. So many great quality robes, colors, and that Wooo headscan...
