Flew back to England to return to university after my time off yesterday evening, only for my classes for the rest of the semester to be cancelled due to the virus. Going to be returning home again next week. The future is uncertain, it's pretty scary.

No official word yet, but we're assuming these will be the options they'll choose from: 1. An online exam, we're given the questions in advance, are allowed to research them from home and submit our essays online 2. Rather than our coursework counting for 50% of the assessment, it'll count for 100% 3. They'll take an average of all our modules grades from Semester 1 I reckon they will be playing it by ear. Exams aren't due to happen until May, so part of me thinks they're hoping this'll all die down by then and things can proceed as normal. Hopefully that's not the case though. This has shaken everyone up, and especially if people on the course develop the disease and have to quarantine, it'll affect our ability to study and perform well under the stress of an exam. At least if they give us that first option, we can take our time and work at it on our own pace.

If we dont get this thing under control in the next 2 weeks, we are gonna be trapped inside like Italy come April.

They wont be any less stupid in a time of panic.

Thanks Dr Phil,Oz or Dr Drew not sure which one is your inspiration so i named all 3. Dr. Drew shares your sentiments. Nice try, TryHard. And that's exactly why i graduated college and have a good job. I'm not gonna go back and forth with someone just searching for a internet fight.

The only thing you can do is try to find the silver lining, I guess. WOO ST LOUIS BLUES STANLEY CUP CHAMPIONS TWO YEARS RUNNING! If the season doesn't resume, The Cup is awarded to the team that had the most points when the season stopped. That team is my Boston Bruins. We will have our revenge. That's not actually true. Just like when the season was abruptly cancelled in 1919, no Stanley Cup would be awarded this year if the season doesn't resume due to covid-19. weei.radio.com/blogs/matt-kalman/bruins-wouldnt-want-to-be-cup-champ-of-cancelled-nhl-seasonIt's more likely they would play empty arenas than just award the cup based on who would win the President's Trophy (Incidentally, only 8 teams have ever won the President's Trophy and the Stanley Cup in the same year).

If it’s like my daughter’s school they said the last two weeks and the finals will all be online. So we moved her flight home from London to today. She should be landing at JFK in about 20 minutes now. We are at the airport now hopefully getting through customs won’t be too long.

Not about my ability to study and perform. Exams and similar stuff should go out through the window. There are far more bigger things to worry about, while we are dealing with this. Schools, universities and any other place's that are not important right now, unlike supermarkets and chemist's shouldn't be open.

So I’ve been doing research for the last two days and man this thing is ugly. I believe the media has been covering up a lot of the numbers here in the US to stop public outrage or people from panicking. I first got a grip when all the customers bought up all the food where I work. There was literally nothing. Upper management warned us and said we better start stocking up on food for our family because things are going to get worse... I saw videos of all the people lying in bed in China. It’s interesting that the doctor treating the first patients died, and somehow a reporter who was covering the virus “mysteriously” vanished. Roads were also being closed off too. Now going back to the states... There aren’t many icu beds and the real issue is how fast this thing could spread. Healthcare workers might stop showing up due to being at risk. If I had known this sooner I would of been prepared.
