Besides the Austin/Saxton bit, thought that RAW was passable. Nothing great, but all things considered, good enough.
Oh and I had no problem with them airing the Rumble. If they’re working with a light crew, ya gotta find a way to fill the time. Plus it promotes Drew vs Brock, so why not?

Byron is so good at playing his character. So few people on the roster "get" their character like Byron does. He plays that overly goofy, happy, cringey but doesn't realize it guy so damn well! He killed it in that final segment. He knows his stuff, man!
Edge cut a hell of a promo too! Loved that!

Lets hope so, i fear they might repeat that 40 minute? (felt like it anyway) 8 man tag from last week lol. I was right to worry but it was even worse as they repeated the Rumble match instead. Not sure i can watch anymore wrestling again until it's back in front of a crowd, it just feels weird and dull, not enjoying it at all. Raw last night was over 2 hours of one long repeat match (with adverts) and recaps, unwatchable. Edge Promo was probably the only thing worth watching from the entire 3 hours and we only had one live match, and not a good or fresh one, lazy unimaginative booking. |
