Hey guys, been apart of this community one way or another for 10+ years now on WF, but I've never posted outside of wrestling topics. Forgive me if this isn't the place for this thread.
I'm flying out to Vegas a week from today, staying four days. With all of the current uncertainty and concern, can anybody tell me what its like there right now?
I'm completely unfamiliar with the area and see very conflicting opinions on social media: some say business as usual and some say a ghost town.
What can I expect when I land? Will there be restaurants open at all? Any kind of events? I never imagined my trip would unfold like this when I booked it a few months ago.

My mom was supposed to go there next month but just cancelled her trip. Seems like a lot of things will be shut down there.

Cancel your trip. I live out here. MGM Grand hotel/casinos are going to close on Tuesday. Wynn is going to close as well & so will Caesars properties. As of now Station hotel/casinos & Boyd hotel/casinos are still open. (They are very likely to close in the next few days) No major events are going on. Schools are closed. Restaurants are still open & some fast food places are only taking drive thru orders. Lots of casino works are laid off & others are on furlow until further notice.
The Strip is dead, yet lots of people are still going out to the stores. Big box stores are opening at certain times in the morning & closing early.

Thanks for those who responded. I cancelled my trip on Sunday evening, just after making this thread.
Stay safe everyone!
