I don't understand how Del Rio's career went down the way it went. He never drew a single dime but in 30 years someone sees his resume next to someone like SCSA, Orton, Macho Man etc they would think they were on par. He somehow on paper has a HOF career but I don't think there are 10 people in this world that want to see him on TV again.

I have always said that I cannot think of another wrestler that the WWE tried with everything they had to actually get over more than Del Rio. I know some people liked him, but I thought he flat out sucked in every single regard. He had no personality or charisma whatsoever. His matches were boring as hell and he comes across as a complete prick as a human being.
Sometimes you can blame the booking, the writing or even Vince himself for a talent not reaching their potential. That is certainly not the case here at all.

We dont need Del Rio back. He last run was lackluster, and that wont be any different if he returned.
