How has Slam crate been since they were bought out or whatever happened to prevent them from going under?
Has the products been decent and delivery (pre-pandemic) more consistent?

i opted out of mine, the contents of what is in their boxes are not worth the price point, i'll stick with pro wrestling crate to get my monies worth.

I've only got a couple of pro wrestling crates like the golden era one as an example but always been happy with what I got. Problem is I'm not really into NJPW or the indie scene so there's only a few crates here or there which interest me. This months looks good and I'll prob get it - flip is the only one I think I'm not really into in this crate

I stopped before things got bad, but I continued to seek out the slam stars figures. I don’t know if those figures are back for good, but after they had the collectible busts for Ciampa, Becky, and Rock the last box had a Sasha figure with blue hair which I recently got. Haven’t heard what’s in the next box, but shipping is delayed on it (to be expected).

I’ve never understood the point in paying for something in advance that you have absolutely no clue what youre getting ... why not just buy what you want 🤷🏻♂️

I’ve never understood the point in paying for something in advance that you have absolutely no clue what youre getting ... why not just buy what you want 🤷🏻♂️ I could not be anymore with you! This along with the whole blind bag/box thing that is huge these days just blows my mind. I could see myself paying £1 for a blind thing, but some of these things cost as much as an actual action figure and you have no clue what the hell you are getting. A month or two ago we were in the Disney Store and my wife bought this plush Mickey that came in a paint can and it was £16 and you had no idea what one you were getting. That is just insane to me! At a pound or two i can kind of see the appeal and "fun" of it, but any more than that and it is not for me.

Always 2 shirts, authentic autograph, micro brawler and whatever else they throw in there. The 2 shirts alone are worth the price tag, and are exclusive to the box, same as all the other items.

I’ve never understood the point in paying for something in advance that you have absolutely no clue what youre getting ... why not just buy what you want 🤷🏻♂️ In the past I subscribed to some subscription boxes, it's just excitement: I wonder what's inside! Coolest item I got from a wrestling subscription box was a plastic fan of Pro-Wrestling NOAH. I would've never bought it simply because I wouldn't think of it. But there it was, in my box; coolest item I own.

I wish there was a way for NECA to start making figures for these boxes like they did the TMNT ones. Those would sell out ridiculously fast I'd bet.

Then again, Im not (nor have to be) frugal with my money either.
