I think the Sting torso would do Bulldog justice, though the Legends torso works too.
As for attires, Rumble 95 is what comes to mind as a must.

Those are great. You should do a wcw British bulldog. I would also love to see some crow and Wolfpack stings with the hall of champions Eddie torso.
