has anyone ever had legit creative control written into their contracts in wwe? I donât think so. he may be able to deny losing to certain people, but not after the match has been agreed on.

The Fiend didn't need to be champion - it's not what he's about.

OLDberg didn't need the belt either, this isn't 2003 anymore, he sucks even more than he ever did and that is saying something, he has nothing left, he can barely move.

The article doesnât make much sense. If the WWE didnât want to put the belt on Goldberg then they wouldnât have, no matter how much âlobbyingâ there was.
I always looked at it as Goldberg was just the middleman to put the belt on Reigns.

If he hadnt we would have never got fire fly fun house match And that would have been a good thing in my book. While it was entertaining and would have been great as a parody on the WWE Network or SNL it had no business being a âmatchâ at WrestleMania.

I wish they would just stop bringing back Goldberg and Lesnar.
Both are putting on terrible matches of finishing moves only. It's not watchable wrestling.
I'm excited for all the feuds we may see from McIntyre vs Owens, Reigns, Styles etc

My favorite thing about the Blood Money match they had was when Bray didn't get up for the jackhammer.
Making Goldberg deadlift his ass to hit his finisher was a petty move by Bray, but man that was funny. lol

I'm not sure I buy this rumor at all. But point remains, Goldberg has no business being WWE champion regardless of who's idea it was. If you want to bring him back once in awhile, so be it. But keep him away from title matches.

It's really too bad about Goldberg.
When he came back in 2016 and destroyed Lesnar in a minute and a half at Survivor Series, the majority of fans loved it.
They loved him eliminating Lesnar in the Rumble. Some even loved him beating Owens for the Universal Title.
Then he and Lesnar had a match at Wrestlemania that made their past Mania match forgotten. That is when Goldberg should have just left and stayed away. Now people are sick of him and want nothing to do with him in the wrestling business. Funny how that all worked out.

But when you take what made that match so great (the unpredictablity of it) away, so much to the point where you fully expect matches to pan out like that - what's the point really?

I think having him on top and the potential of squashing guys is the best thing WWE has in their playbook right now.
