Each week I look forward to NXT on the Network, but what the heck is going on lately? I was really looking forward to watching this and last week, but no new episode has aired since the 1st! I have looked online for a reason, asked the WWE, but I have gotten nowhere.
I am hoping it is just because of how crazy things are in the world right now, but they are still able to put up other new content including NXT UK so what not regular NXT.
I am a huge supporter of the WWE, but NXT is the main thing they get my 10 pounds a month for. Anyone got any insight as to what is happening with weekly episodes of NXT on the Network?

Just checked and you're right; this week's NXT is not yet on the WWE Network, despite usually having been uploaded by this point every single week.
With my Virgin box having neglected to record this week's NXT because of a slight name change in the TV guide, this is a problem.
Hopefully they put it up soon. The TV deal may bring in plenty of money for them as a company, but it's frustrating as a consumer to not have it on the Network straight away.

With NXT now on USA, I could see them following the same formula that RAW and SmackDown do with a delay in posting to the network. Also could just be a ratings strategy. Maybe the figure if it's not uploaded to the network right away the following day it will.boost the live show ratings. I'd imagine with AEW on at the same time, there was a lot of people who just waited until NXT popped up on the network to watch it.

I sent the WWE an email, but I doubt I will hear back from them. I do not see how they can just not upload it for two weeks straight and not address it.

I thought it had been this way for awhile now. I hadn’t watched in a few months and thought they were still doing half on the network half on USA still and apparently I missed that was temporary.
I’ve got Hulu live now. I will throw a fit when they decide to take ppvs off like I’ve heard rumors of...

Download the USA Network app and you can watch it next day with your cable provider information input. The Network has been this way for a while now since NXT made the move to USA. I think they get the playback before the network does.

You haven't got BT sport, I take it? Nope, I cut the sky cord over a decade ago. I checked wwe network app on every device I have and no new NXT has been added since April 1st. I'm surprised this is not a bigger deal! There are other ways I could watch it,but I pay 9.99 a month for wwe network and a major factor in that is nxt. |

That might make sense, because AEW doesn't get uploaded to ITV Hub until Friday mornings. The only problem is if you're watching in a different timezone like we are in the UK. I can't stay up til two in't morning to watch wrestling on a Wednesday; it's daft. |

Ok so I had a chat with the people at WWE Network and this is what they had to say, We truly appreciate your interest and support with the network. We are sorry for the inconvenience it may caused. Please be advised that NXT will be available on WWE Network on demand 7 days after it’s original airing date.
So I then asked if this was just in the UK or the rest of the world and they said this, Not only on UK but on other counties as well.They gave me an email address to send a complaint to and when I logged into my emails, low and behold I had an email that said this, Dear WWE Network Subscriber,
Please note the following WWE Network programming change in the UK and Ireland. Weekly episodes of NXT will now be available on demand on WWE Network seven days after airing live on BT Sport 1 on Thursdays at 1am (primetime replays at 9pm). Click here to find all available episodes of NXT on WWE Network.

WWE Network SupportSorry, but this is 100 percent complete bull shit! I love the Network I really do and think the way the WWE have been putting regular content on since the lockdown is awesome. However, due to them getting into bed with BT I and anyone else who does not have BT Sports gets screwed? What a terrible way to take care of loyal fans. If NXT was a new show I could maybe get it, but this has been a staple on the Network for years. Is NXT still on the Network on a Thursday in the USA? if so could I use a VPN on my PS4 so it thinks I am in the USA? Or is there another way I can watch NXT here in the UK. I used to watch it on a Friday so a couple of days delay was no issue to me, but a freaking weak??? Come on WWE this is a bad move! Also I would love to know what their viewing figures are since the jump to BT. |

Sorry to keep harping on about this, but I thought I would give my update.
My next payment for the WWE Network was due on April 20th so I decided to cancel my subscription. I know this sounds very petty, but sending emails or getting in touch on Twitter will not make a difference. I am not saying I am done forever with the WWE network. I actually think what they offer is great, but them putting NXT on a week delay was not cool, even uncooler was the fact that this was all part of their BT Sport deal yet they did not make any kind of announcement that because of this deal NXT would be delayed by a week.
I will go back at some point, but even if it is just for a couple of months I wanted to show that I felt what they have done is complete bullshit.

the 9.99 is worth it for the PPV alone imo
anything else is a bonus so it really doesnt bother me
surely all wrestling fans have the channels to watch everything else on TV anyway?!
