Aside from this controversy that has sparked recently over her which makes me believe she's planning a return in the near future, I must say I found her to be a valuable addition to the women's division in WWE. I don't miss her really, but I think she offers something great to wrestling and she made a genuine effort to perform at a great level.

I actually miss her on the mic more than anything. You never knew what kind of crazy stuff she was gonna say and her awkwardness at least made it seem more real. lol

I’m a little confused by the anger towards her current comments. Wasn’t her gimmick before WM this “kayfabe killer” that was going to do whatever she wanted because she was a real fighter and everyone else was scripted? Comments, by the way, that read right out of a few Paul Heyman interviews where he tells the story of Brock Lesnar deciding mid-match that he wanted to end the Undertaker’s streak so he did because who could stop him. Sounds like she’s back to that storyline.
Regardless, she went away to have a baby, and that didn’t happen. So she’s either eyeing a part time comeback or she’s trying to get attention for something we’re not aware of yet. Ronda was indeed green but the speed at which she was picking up on things like audience timing was worth noting. If she’s able to have skin thick enough to handle the fans crapping all over her I’d be willing to see if she can keep improving. At least part time.

Nia Jax says she will KTFO Ronda when she comes back I don’t miss her at all. And if Nia did that, she’d win me over as a fan 😂 can’t stand Ronda. WWE gave her everything to make her a star on their platform and she on podcasts talking down about the company’s fans and nothing wanting to return full time 🤬 her and if they bring her back, have Lana make her tap to an arm bar in the middle of the ring. Burry that 🤬 On live television. |

I don't miss her, but you know what infuriates me?
When Ronda was around, the Women were viewed as the biggest thing ever. The Women's Revolution was at it's peak, and they legit main evented Wrestlemania. Then, she left... and everything evaporated. The RAW Women's division consists of one woman (Becky) and the occasional person they pretend can topple her. The Smackdown women's division is practically a joke at this point. All anyone wants is a feud between Sasha and Bayley, and there's a point where the slow burn turns to ash, and if they piddle around too much longer, people are going to stop caring.
At least they finally remembered the Tag Belts exist.

"Miss" is a strong word. But I will say I thought she was entertaining in the ring. Especially for someone with so little training. If she returns with a "this **** is fake" shtick she'd be the perfect opponent for Becky.

Yes. She was one of my favorites and brought the believability that Brock brings to the men. She was a perfect foil to rising star Becky. My hope was that they would give Becky this run and let Ronda return and win the Rumble to give us the one-on-one in Tampa that should have happened in New York. I’m guessing we’ll get it at SummerSlam now and I’m excited about it.

No, I honestly don't give her a moment's thought.
But would I be interested in seeing her return (as it now strongly looks like she will)? It depends. If she were to return as a respectful face like she was for the majority of her run, I'd be interested. But given that it looks like she's returning as a heel with the crapty gimmick of "I hate wrestling but for some reason I'm here", then no thanks at all. Absolutely horrible writing from creative. When they go this route with former MMA stars like Lesnar and Rousey of "wrestling sucks but I'm here doing it", it just makes zero sense to me. No logic at all. If someone really disliked wrestling, why on earth would they be doing it?
But unfortunately creative are still having her go with this crapty gimmick. Surely she has to be gearing up for a return with these comments. She can't seriously be stupid enough to genuinely believe what she's been saying.

I cant say I miss her but the Womens division is absolutely missing her and thats almost indisputable. But thats a combination of Ronda leaving and their own decisions with current roster. Pairing Becky with Seth was the worst thing they could have done with her after her breakout year and theres only one way to fix it, thats Ronda.
And didnt Ronda just work everybody into a shoot? Brother
