First and foremost, I'm not complaining nor am I wishing they would hurry up because it amazes me they're even open to ship orders in the current state of the World as it is. They're risking a lot just to send us our toys and it just shows you how dedicated they are to us. Now with that being said, Has anyone ordered from them since they reopened? If so, how long did it take for them to ship out your items? I placed an order a couple days before April, it took my stuff maybe 1 day longer than usual. Then the second thing that I ordered got here pretty much normal time. I wouldn't expect major delays, but I don't work there and have no kind of idea what things are like now, but I'd expect the fastest, top notch service put into their processing and sending orders, per usual. Ringside is golden to me, especially my guy Ben, who is teflon with me, and also gotta mention the man himself, RingsideC2 , total pro. |

I agree with you 100% RSC has always been amazing to deal with since I discovered them in the Jakks era. I can count on one hand how many times Ive had an issue with them but was corrected immediately. They're doing an amazing job even through a pandemic. |

I ordered on Sunday and it’s scheduled to arrive Saturday, but I live in North Jersey. Completely understandable, happy to support the staff.

I trust that the RSC guys will be safe but who knows about the airline and post handlers so I'm gonna adopt your advice and be very careful with the box. It's always best to be cautionary. You cannot be too safe. Many can be careful and safe, and indeed are, but it just takes one person to not be, or some simple mistake. I have asthma so I am extra cautious. I literally lysol EVERYTHING that comes into my house. When we order food or get coffee, I wipe the containers down with lysol wipes. I had to start doing that instead of the spray after my wife complained her take out tasted like lysol, lol. |

Got the newest ASR yesterday, but it didn't come with all the clips to hook the ropes to the ring post and one of the turnbuckle pads is broken so it won't connect. Idk if I take that up with Ringside or WCT

While personally I trust RSC in their handling of packages...I dont trust everyone thats going to touch it before it leave NY....It may take awhile but once NY is "cleaned up" a little...Ill thrust my money out to RSC. If you’re worried with people touching your orders and leaving germs before it leaves the warehouse , the germs will be dead by time it gets to wherever you live, has been said that COVID-19 only lives up to 24 hours on cardboard. When boxes arrive to me, I just spray the box down with Lysol and wait about an hour, take it to the garage, open it up, get evrything out, wash my hands then go on about the day. |

I've ordered from them to support them amidst the crisis. I bought the crowd pop ups and some Zack Ryder retros, one to keep, two to customize(Sorry Matt).
I just want them to be okay and for no one on their staff to die from Covid. I already know two people who have died and it's terrible.

By the way, I just received a delivery confirmation email for the first of 2 Figure Defender orders I placed. This one was from the 14th. So looks like from what I'm seeing from everyone posting is a 7-10 day way for shipping from once you placed your order.
So just be patient everyone, they're working their hardest to get them out the door!
