Buddy Rogers never had a figure, which is kind of shocking since he was the first champ

You may be able to add Mike Kanellis to the list if his Basic gets cancelled

Saba Simba has a Hasbro doesn't he? Saba Simba was Tony Atlas who had a couple Jakks figures, unless we’re talking about just specific gimmicks now

Guys guys... I think some of you are missing the OPs point in this.
It isn't simply "People with no figure"
It's directly quoted as "WWF/WWE wrestlers and managers or announcers/personalities that have had a level of longevity and relevance that never had a figure in any major national brand."
So people like BB, Nicole Bass, Mordecai, and yes, I'd argue even my beloved Mean Street Posse? They have never had figures, probably never will, and I'd have to say never should.
I'm fairly certain, and OP can correct me if I'm wrong, that the idea behind this thread is people who it's surprising because they made a significant contribution to the business, but have never been immortalized in plastic.
Again, correct me if I'm wrong, but that's how I interpreted it.

Again, correct me if I'm wrong, but that's how I interpreted it. Except the OP then went on to list people like Damian Demento, Max Moon, Dink, Bertha Faye, and Mantaur... Ok, true. Valid point. Although, I'd personally love a Bertha Faye figure. And like it or not, Dink and his brethren had more sticking power then you might think. I have never watched a single Doink the Clown match in my life, and I know exactly who Dink was. I'm pretty sure he was even featured on several PPVs. Could be wrong though. But people like Zach Gowen? He was on TV for maybe 3 months at most before getting torn apart and sent back to indies. BB was a tv personality for about 2 months, had the worst interview in history, and vanished. If you asked a bunch of people who actually did watch WWE when they were featured, many of them wouldn't know their names or be able to identify them by photograph. But for someone like me who only has a casual knowledge of anything prior to 1998? I do at least recognize the names of Damian Demento, Max Moon, and Mantaur. Probably couldn't pick them out of a lineup (except Mantaur, I'm pretty sure I could figure him out), but I know the names. Just something to think about regarding who had an impact, and who didn't.

I know it doesn't meet the criteria since John Tenta has had multiple figures, but with how many wrestlers Jakks put out in the BCA era, I'm still shocked Golga never got a figure.

Noam Dar, he still works there and doesn't even need a legends contract for Mattel to make one.

Idk if skinner ever had a figure either. Skinner had a Hasbro figure. Even before that, Keirn had an AWA Remco as one of the Fabulous Ones

Yeah, I'm with you there. I'd love to try and make a custom of him for an oddities set up... maybe I can give him a little Cartman doll as an accessory.

Jack Tunney would be a great build a figure imo. Although I’m a little tired of almost every BAF being a guy in a suit

I'm sick of all the suited guys being BAFs. I want to make the Corporation in it's entirety, including the Stooges. To make a proper figure for AE Vince, AE Shane, and both Stooges, i'm gonna need 4 separate suited or suit-typed figures to customize with And there is a woeful small supply of them available at reasonable price, with the options dwindling every day. And don't even get me started on Commissioner Michaels. Yes, they are technically wrestling figures, ergo, people want them in wrestling attire. But throw us a bone, Mattel. Stop making every dang non-wrestling attired figure either an exclusive or a BAF.
