Hey guys!
I don't post often, but I thought this might be of interest to some of you. I recently did an interview with the designer of the WWF Wrestling Buddies. During the interview she uses 30 year old planners and calendars to give a detailed timeline of the history of the line from conception to Hasbro's acquisition.
The interview is just under an hour, but she touches on the design/manufacturing process, never before talked about prototypes, nixed superstars who were designed and submitted, an electronic line, playsets, alternate designs and so much more. A lot of the info blew my mind (as you'll hear me say over and over in the interview lol).
If you're a casual or hardcore collector, I think you'll find a lot of interesting facts that even she hasn't shared before! Enjoy!

I think I saw one of your videos yesterday, a restoration of a galoob ring? Might have been a similar named channel?
This sounds interesting, especially the playset!

Very informative. I loved how you knew people would throw money at her for the prototypes and you had to tell them not to
