Skin Tone Matches For Retrofest Mr Perfect and Triple H

Hi, I want to do the common Mr Perfect fix up on the new Retrofest figure of shortening the lower legs and giving him larger arms but I'm not sure if his skin tone is the same as the original Legends Mr Perfect and therefore can make use of the same parts. Can anyone confirm if the Retrofest Perfect has the same skin tone as the original and if not suggest some shorter lower legs as well as bulkier arms with white wrist tape on that are a match please?

I'm also looking to make a custom Cody Rhodes using the Network Spotlight Hunter Hearst Helmsley as a base as I only want to do minimal painting if any and he has the black trousers I need. For this one I'm looking for arms of the same thickness as the Triple H and that match the skin tone but without any wrist tape on the left arm and a thinner tape on the right arm than the Triple H figure comes with.
