They switched the hard cam after AEW did, so anything is possible. The wrestler's at ringside really do help so much. I have no interest in comparing AEW vs. NXT as is, I really enjoy them both, but even if I wanted to compare objectively on match quality right now, I couldn't, because the little bit of noise really does make that much of an impact.
Worth noting I don't think there has been any actual news of either company planning on actually having fans in attendance yet.
If they did decide to open it up to 25% capacity, I am quite confident they could achieve that capacity without issue. There is definitely enough of the population willing to show up. I suppose I couldn't guarantee a crossover with wrestling fans and the portion of a population willing to attend a live event, but I'd pretty surprised if they couldn't sell all the tickets.
