Another awesome episode of Dynamite, but I’m sure when I listen to Jim Cornette’s podcast he’ll say how much it sucks.
Have any of you tried A Little Bit Of The Bubbly? I want to, but don’t want two bottles and that’s the minimum they sell.

I do too, but I don’t hate aew overall like he does. I don’t know why he even does weekly reviews of dynamite anymore.

I thought QT/Lance went on a little longer than it should. And QT got in more offense than I expected. I LOVED the tag main event. Haven't had that much fun watching a match in a while! Absolute blast to watch!

AEW is entertaining AF! I legit get excited for every Wednesday now; and they are at their best when it's LIVE! Why Cody vs. Janella? I thought Joey was a babyface. I don't give two flips if Nyla is transgender but the amount of transphobic comments I see on IG and twitter about her would make me want to retire  . It's a show; they are taking these bumps as safely as they can. The 18-year old chick did pretty damn good last night. Like everyone said - Lance Archer should have squashed QT in 2 mins; and it should have been Lance over Brandi for that crazy visual. Cody isn't going to be bumping Jake so that would have just added more heat if Lance did it. Darby coached by Taz? Yes! Darby could be the tweener that Mox can't be right now. Why didn't anyone acknowledge that shirtless creeper (#10) as possibly that new recruit ex-football player we saw a couple of vignettes ago? Why are you guys calling Hager MAGA? - sure he dresses like one, but he hangs out with a bunch of latinos and a canadian who speaks spanish  Sammy is a freakin break-away star!!! This is what I'm loving most about AEW; they have future stars in Jungle Boy, Darby, MJF and Sammy just waiting in the wings... Dasha looked too cute in that little colourful jumper - wish we'd get more camera shots of her. |

Last night's episode was so refreshing. AEW live (even without a crowd) is the best American promotion bar none.

I liked how for at least the first hour they kept cutting to Shida in the crowd. AEW knows who's the money.

I really want Britt to be champ, but I don’t see her beating Nyla unless they turn Nyla face which they shouldn’t.

With how woke culture is today, she has to be handled very carefully as long as she's in AEW. Britt has a way to go before she can be the top woman in the division. Her in ring needs to improve, but her character work is already there. |

there's a lot of work that needs to be done for this women's division. They don't have a core cornerstone group to build the division around.
Shida is probably the most marketable and skillful, but the rest are green - Britt has improved character/promo-wise but is still green; I think Anna Jayy is amazing eye-candy and has potential to go, but again green. Riho is a joke, I'm sorry - I don't care how many fans pop for her, I can't suspend my disbelief seeing this scrawny girl slipping all over the place. They need to get an established name (like Kong) in this division to build up stars like Jericho is doing for the guys. This is about the only sore spot with AEW for me, their women's division sucks.
What I really want is for Asuka and Kairi to get let go by WWE and come dominate AEW for a bit!

Is Tenille Dashwood still under contract with Impact? As soon as she's available they should throw money at her, get the belt on Shida, and have that be your main program. Heel Emma was such wasted potential.

It's never been lost to me how in AEW/ROH the best women's wrestling were always the wrestlers from Japan. No matter what anyone says, women's wrestling is still niche. Hopefully, the next few generations are inspired by the current batch of women's wrestling and things like Netflix's GLOW. |
