Which are the rarest WWE Hasbro figures out there? Thank you for any info.

WWE Hasbros don't exist ;-)
WWF Hasbros DO exist :-)
Rarest would probably be Kamala with a moon on his belly (while correct, these were only given out to employees), the one in stores had a yellow star.
Mail-Away IN sealed bag Undertaker as well as purple heart Bret Hart (this one definitely in sealed bag! Also existed carded, so easy to find loose.)
The last series (green cards) with 1-2-3 Kid as the rarest.
Somehow Ultimate Warrior with purple trunks is rare WHEN on U.S.-card.

Obviously the rarest would be the prototypes like R&B Valentine, green tights Macho, MM Brutus Beefcake, etc. For the ones that you could actually purchase at the store or through mail-away, I would say the mail-away Undertaker, not only hard to find but friggin expensive if you do. As for the carded ones (still MOC), I would say the green card series. After those, I would say the Series 3 figures, especially Warrior, Beefcake, Savage, Koko, Perfect (specifically on US cards).

I left out prototypes since they weren't released carded or bagged.

True, loose he doesn't sell for much anymore but his MOC's go for big bucks. Some of the last few I've seen sell on eBay went for over $1000 a piece.

Some of the last few I've seen sell on eBay went for over $1000 a piece. Ofcourse with many loose ones there are less MOC ones. The $1,000 one was most probably on a Summerslam card. Regular MOC ones sell for about $599 (near mint that is!).

For a while, maybe a year or two ago, the three that I was watching all went for over $1000. Though, all three cards were in great condition. I haven't really been watching lately, I know a little while ago someone put out quite a bit of the rare ones on eBay and it started to lower the price of some. I remember a bunch of series 3 Warrior being released which dropped the price it was going for. A while back series 3 warrior could fetch $400-500+, after the posting a number of them, the figure price dropped to around $200.

I hope the same happens for Dusty MOC - would love to see the price drop a little since he's one of only a couple of Hasbros I need to complete my MOC set.

This hurts my heart, especially the Earthquake and Typhoon unboxing - both are very hard to find on an English card in good condition. Plus, his old figures didn't look that bad. I too did buy another Earthquake loose on eBay a number of years ago because mine wasn't in good condition, the legs were kind of loose and the action didn't work. Funny, Typhoon was still in very good condition, tight joints and the action still worked, I guess Earthquake instead of Typhoon took the beatings in my old figure fed.

Ware on a French card for like $40 shipped. The card is in immaculate condition and was the first carded Hasbro I held in my hands since I was in grade school. I purchased with the intent of opening it because it was cheap and I needed Frankie (I have one somewhere in my house, I just can't find it) and thought why not also pick up a mint Koko. After holding the package in my hands, I didn't have the guts to open it. Something didn't feel right about it. I know it's only a French card and really isn't valuable, but I couldn't bring myself to do it. I've since picked up a few more MOC Hasbros. They're cool to have. I've never been a MOC collector and I'm certainly not pursuing the entire line, but I will pick up some here and there if I can find incredible deals. I recently found a series 4 Undertaker on US card for $35 shipped and a French card Taker for $18 shipped. One of my best e b a y mail days ever.

As a kid collecting, I had no idea the yellow cards (solo HBK, Kamala, Razor, Owen, Nailz) existed until I woke up Christmas morning and got HBK. I never, ever saw yellow cards in store. HBK was the only one I ever got.
Red card were impossible for a long time which had me dying with that being Luger, Bam Bam and Yoko. I know I eventually found Luger and Bigelow, as well as the rereleases during KB’s 3 for $10 after the line was dead.
And obviously the green cards. I remember seeing an ad for those in a magazine at a comic shop or something and losing my mind. Kid was a favorite of mine and I wanted everyone else but alas, it was never to be for me. I do have this strange association with that line with the issue of Guy Gardener #1 that I got the day I found out those existed.

I never saw Koko in stores when I was growing up and never had him. A decade or so back I was able to purchase a mint Koko with Frankie loose on eBay, it also came with the bio card. That's a great deal on US card S4 Undertaker, I spent more than that a few years back to get one. As a kid collecting, I had no idea the yellow cards (solo HBK, Kamala, Razor, Owen, Nailz) existed until I woke up Christmas morning and got HBK. I never, ever saw yellow cards in store. Yeah, I knew about the figures for the yellow cards but never saw them in stores, I remember reading a few years back that the yellow card series wasn't picked up by all stores and that's why they weren't as prevalent as other lines. I was lucky to find the red card series though I never found Yokozuna or the Undertaker, but I did get the other four at the same time. I never knew about the green card series until a few years after the line was finished and I was searching on eBay and saw them being listed, at first I thought they were really good customs. I also use to love KB Toy's 3 for $10 deals, I just wish they carried more of the figures I didn't already have when they ran those deals - could you imagine being able to get the entire green card series for those prices considering how much they go for nowadays.

It was on the same day that I saw the only purple card I ever found, Scott Steiner. It was at KB Toys.

Yeah, like you I found out about the green cards on e b ay. I was looking up hasbros like 15 years ago when I first had a job and was able to buy the things I couldn't when I was a kid. I never knew they existed until e b ay. I bought some loose hasbros for decent prices then. I was even able to score the yellow King of the Ring ring, which I also didn't know about until e b ay. I got it for $80 and it came with several figs. If I knew the prices would have gone up as high as they have for hasbros, I would have bought EVERYBODY and EVERYTHING. I'll likely never acquire the green cards, but hopefully I'll get everything else. I still don't have a Yokozuna and there are a few others I'm missing too. I recently bought a mint loose Owen Hart and Texas Tornado- two that I never had before.

I’ll never forget writing a letter to Hasbro as a kid telling them the wrestlers I’d like to see, only for them to write a little boy a letter that said “we don’t take suggestions from fans”. Shortly after that I found one of my suggestions, Doink, in the store and it blew my mind. I remember getting him that day and definitely the Steiners next. But I believe I got Rick first because I loved his gear and had a Galoob bendie of Scott. Without derailing this thread, I find it funny looking back at some of the figure choices like picking the Bushwackers over the LOD, who ended up being much more rare and I never saw again, let alone got, versus Luke and Butch getting re-releases.

So, I'm trying to think back with the best of my recollection. The following are the figures that I saw the most in stores here in the Chicago SW burbs..
- Jake "The Snake" Roberts - Ax - Smash - Brutus "The Barber" Beefcake #1 - "Million Dollar Man" Ted DiBiase #1 - "Macho King" Randy Savage - "Rowdy" Roddy Piper - Hulk Hogan #2 (bearhug) - Ultimate Warrior #2 - Bushwhackers - Rockers - Koko B Ware - Hulk Hogan #3 - Bret "Hitman" Hart #1 - Ricky "The Dragon" Steamboat - The Undertaker #1 - Hulk Hogan #4 - Sid Justice - Jim "The Anvil" Neidhart - Virgil - "Macho Man" Randy Savage #4 - The Mountie - Kamala - El Matador - Papa Shango - Tatanka - Razor Ramon #1 - "Narcissist" Lex Luger - Mr. Perfect #2 - Doink - Scott Steiner - Bushwhackers #2 - Fatu - Samu
So, I followed the figure checklist, and it looks like after Series 6, I rarely saw anything from Series 7-11, with zero from the green cards. Oddly enough, my mom found Series 11 Yokozuna, along with black and silver HBK and got them for Christmas 1995. That kind of ended my original collection. Within 2 years, 90% of them had AWFUL nWo Sharpie paint jobs on them, and that was that. I think the last thing I tried doing was scraping off the silver mask and black chest gear to turn Warlord into Stone Cold Steve Austin. I see what these figures are going for now, compared to even a few years ago, and I'm glad I collected them all (aside from mailaway Bret and Taker). And I dont care what happens, I'll never sell them. I'd die a thousand deaths.
