Just read somewhere that Ember is considering the fact that her injury may be career ending. Dont know how much stock to put in that, but damn that sucks if true
I really like her. She should have been first to beat asuka.

Fingers crossed that isn't the case. A torn achilles tendon is always potentially career ending, but many people have come back from it. Hopefully with time to recover and train she'll be back. Ember Moon is one of the more underrated women's wrestlers on the roster. I'd love to see her come back as a heel and challenge Asuka for the Raw Women's Championship.

That would be a disappointing turn of events. Ember Moon is one of my favorite women on the roster. I think she's a fantastic performer, and her finish is one of the few moves I've seen in the past few years that stopped me in my tracks the first time I saw it. I got to meet her after an NXT house show relatively early on in her run, and she was completely kind and gracious.

I didn't see the clip but she was talking about it on WWE backstage. Achilles injuries can be really nasty, and more often than not you aren't going to heal to the level you were at pre tear. Frequent career ender in a lot of sports. Can come back, but rarely near the level they were at before. All for a 24/7 skit.

That'd be a real shame if she had to retire. I'd love to see her vs heel Bayley.

It's a damn shame if she has to retire after hurting herself during a skit involving the 24/7 Championship.
Xavier Woods is also dealing with the same injury. I believe Edge also suffered the same injury in July of 2009 before his Rumble 2010 return.

It's a shame if it does end her career. I thought Ember would have been a really good break through star. She has the look and is a good worker. I could see her as one of the top faces of the women's division.

She was trained by Booker T.

She just needs not to rush for a comeback. There is no need for her or Woods to rush anything right now with how the world is. I would wait it out and come back when fans are back in the arenas.... so the year 2029 should do the trick!

That would suck and hopefully she can come back. I loved her work in NXT right from the start she had the "it" factor that people always talk about. The fact she always comes across as a super nice and down to earth lady also make me really want her to succeed.

She is one of the better female workers, shame if she has to retire. Only match I didn't care for when tapped out to a horrendous sharpshooter from Lacey Evans on Raw. She sold the move like a pro but it was really a botched move.

I know it's a nasty injury, but Edge returned from the same thing...right? I believe so yes, and it's not impossible to come back from. It is very nasty though, and can be a career ender in a lot of instances. Wrestling is probably easier than most sports to return from it though. You can alter move-sets, etc. There's no requirement to operate at the same "level" you were at before. In power-speed sports it's pretty much a death sentence. If it heals warped though it can be really nasty. I have one friend who tore his, and his didn't heal properly at all, and he has a permanent limp now. Conversely, another person I know who tore hers was able to come back at about 90% ability, but that 10% was a big impact and still functionally a career ender.

Yes Edge came back from an Achilles tear. Xavier Woods is currently out with the same thing.

It's a shame we only got one figure of her. However it's a great figure

I've not missed her one bit. I've never thought she was anything special - and she'd be nothing without her finish. There's certainly nothing about her to suggest she could carry the division - average in-ring, with terrible mic skills. I personally file her in the overrated talent drawer, with Banks and Ripley.

If only she could remind everyone who her dad is and yell woooooo!! all the time but sadly that gimmick was taken.
Ember is better and more interesting than 100% of last years WM main event.

I like her, she’s good. I dunno if she’s a constant main event player, but worthy of at least winning 1 championship for sure.

I hope she doesn't retire. I love her as a wrestler and she's still has so much of her career left.
