I’m stoked to see which Liv outfit was picked. i wonder if it’ll be a single attire or a riott squad attire because I wouldn’t put it past Mattel to go with a dated attire especially with no pictures being shown of that set yet and it being a basic. |

You figure Basic 106 and Elite 75 had outfits from Royal Rumble 2019 and the Takeover from that weekend. Guessing based on the quick turnaround on Fiend, which is depicting an outfit around the time the Elite Liv was released and hard to find was Summer, I’m guessing she will look close to that one off she had with Charlotte on Smackdown last summer before she left to find herself.

I’d honestly rather have a Riott Squad basic. It’s really dumb that they made Ruby and Sarah basics and made Liv an impossible to find exclusive. The collector editions make zero sense because certain people like Backlund, Patterson, Brisco, Iiconics, flood pegs. Then I’ve never even seen Sherri, Pete, Liv, Sonya. Saw Gorilla once and had zero disposable income at that time. There really shouldn’t be modern talent in that slot. Remember how annoying and near impossible it was to find Curtis Axels only elite that was a short packed TRU exclusive that you needed to get JRs torso.....this goddamn company sometimes.... |

I can’t wait to see pics but I mean....Finn= Warmer. Cena= Warmer. Kingston= Warmer. Liv will be the quickest seller in retail and Kanellis will kinda linger I feel. He’s LONG overdue and it’s a shame he’s already out of the company before he got a figure! I’m still shocked we never got a Mike and Maria Battle Pack instead of the Usos over and over. I know Maria had her limited runs but they still could have gotten her and Mike into a BP for variety! At least she has her two Jakks figures though. I don't understand some of Mattel's decision on who to release and why some turnarounds are so ridiculously behind schedule sometimes. Mike and Maria, Hawkins and Ryder, Viking Raiders, a non-exclusive Undisputed Era, etc. It seems like some of straight repaint or re-release sets need the variety of new characters that haven't been in retail yet. |

My thoughts on this.
First off, it took about a year for the old SummerSlam basics to clear off my pegs. I don't know if someone finally showed up and bought them all, or if Walmart just cleared them out. But those B97 figures warmed forever.
Honestly, outside of Liv and possibly Mike? I see B110 doing the same.
Liv will go fast. The women's figures usually do, it seems. Mike is entirely dependent on his gear. I actually feel if he's in a suit he will go faster, as he isn't popular enough as a wrestler for most casual fans to grab in ring gear, but a suited figure will be very desirable to both collectors and customizers. I mean, just look how hard it is to get your hands on ANY suited Mattel figure these days!
Oh, and I am getting Liv regardless of what outfit they pic, but if it's Riott Squad I will be happy as a dang clam. I despise having incomplete sets and it wounds me that I will never have that Liv Elite. A Basic Riott Squad Liv would be an acceptable consolation prize.
But the rest of the set? It's gonna rot hard.
