If this is something that Nia can't fix herself, then WWE might want to have her take a break an modify her routine. It wouldn't be the first time that they took someone off TV for retraining.

If Nia has to get let go because she's injured people, then Rollins needs to go too. Arguably, neither should be released for this because it’s a physical sport and crap happens sometimes I agree.

Kairi should jump Nia backstage for real and get some payback. I know I would after three consecutive incidents.

Even if she didnt hurt anybody she doesnt do anything good. Shes only there for the sake of being related to The Rock

OK, I respect Nia (and Tamina) for representing the BBW, but come on.
When I first started watching again in 2016 and I saw her injuring people I thought "Well, she is bigger than everyone else, maybe she just doesn't know her own strength."
Guess what. It's 2020 and she's gotten far worse, not better. I'm not saying fire her but if the WWE were an ordinary, everyday workplace, they would never let this go. Even the biggest nepotism cases would at least be sent for retraining or shifted around so they caused less damage. And anyone who wasn't a nepotism case would have been fired ages ago.
I love me some big women, but Nia is dangerous. She's dangerous and she has been shown Time and again that there are no repercussions for her carelessness, so she has no motivation to change. Didn't Dwayne once give her advice to "You do you, F everyone else?" or something like that? (That time she walked out on the company?) Maybe she took it a bit too much to heart and has just stopped caring about anyone but herself.
I like to see the best in people. I like to give people the benefit of the doubt. But injuring Kairi three times in a row and showing no remorse?
Get rid of her. Get rid of her before she cripples someone, or worse.

I generally respect all wrestlers even if I don't like them. But I downright can't stand Nia. The only thing I like is when she takes a tumble through a table and that's more because I want to see her fail or be embarrassed. There's always a place for larger people in wrestling but she's unsafe and undeserving of her spot.

Nia, to me, comes off like someone who doesn't care if she hurts someone. It feels like she thinks she's entitled just because she's SAMOAN and The Rocks family. Again, I have no proof, but, that's just me.

I think my biggest gripe is that she has run with this as her "gimmick" on social media. With the last Kairi incident a few weeks ago she jokes around about it like it's all okay. I just rewatched the video from the Kairi buckle bomb spot and you can hear her screaming "I'm not set" about 3 times before Nia carelessly tosses her. I don't think she should be fired or laid out to pasture for this, but I do think more time in the PC wouldn't hurt for sure.

I think the difference with Seth and Nia is that Seth’s injuries come from high risk moves - buckle bombs and powerbombs into barricades - but nia can’t perform a shoulder breaker safely? completely different standard there

WWE should do what Impact and Lucha Underground do/did. Have Nia wrestle men.

Bryan Alvarez just did a thing where he talked about how intergender wrestling has actually killed ratings. The mass public isn’t interested in men vs women.

Tessa Blanchard is the worst angle in the history of wrestling. But Nia is bigger than many male wrestlers. It just works. Or at least sign Nyla one day. Sure, she IS a man but that makes better sense for Nia than pummeling tiny little dolls each week.

Granted I don’t know Nia personally, but she does put off kind of an entitled attitude when it comes to wrestling, and it seems like any time someone isn’t praising her she just considers them haters. I’ll admit from stuff I’ve seen of her away from the ring and working a character, she does seem nice and fun.
I think part of that has to do with the fact that she’s related to the Rock. There definitely are people who will hate on everything she does just because of that. There’s also definitely people that bully her over her size. The problem is that she doesn’t really do anything to push herself above that.
Also, I remember when she was on Talk is Jericho and she talked about her first meeting with Vince and he apparently told her he was envisioning a female Andre the Giant. I think that may have inflated her ego really early on, because she does seem lazy. I hate when she’s getting hit with a flurry of punches and kicks and she sells it by just flailing her arms around. There’s just like no energy to anything she does.
Also, it is really annoying that like every time she hurts someone she’s just like “Oops. Oh well.”

And a lot of these times she's injured people, there's no excuse for it either. Breaking Becky's nose, when she got spun around she had more than enough time to judge how far away she was, to throw a safe punch, the Kari buckle bomb, you have Kari repeatedly yelling she's not set yet Nia still does it, the shoulder breaker on Charlotte where ok, dropping her head into the knee, I can see an excuse of just not realizing the position, but then dropping her head onto the mat off of the move. It's one thing to have injuries to your opponents on you, but the number of ones to Nia that could have ended in her paralyzing or killing someone are too damn high.

If COVID19 didnt put Impact in empty arenas, Tessa Blachard's reign as Impact Champion definitely would have.

You ever wonder if it's harder to be bigger than the rest of your division? (or stronger in the sense that mass moves mass)
I never hear that's the case with the big guys seeing as they're refered to as Gentle Giants mostly but maybe we just don't hear about it.
Or maybe she just sucks for now and needs more training.

I thought she had potential because of her size, but if she still doesn't know what she's doing it might be time for her to find something else to do.
Hopefully she can find another way to "sports entertain", cause in-ring isn't her thing.
