I learn proofreading these days. Very interesting. I found it on skillcourses website www.skillcourses.com/online-proofreading-courses/ and decided to see if I like it or not. Not saying it is very easy but definitely worth all the time I invest in it. Who know maybe I gonna need it for my future job.

People in glass houses shouldn't throw stones. Or walk around naked.

Today I spend a day learning more about cryptocurrency. Investing in crypto seems like a good option to make money both in the short term and long term. I also found the site where it's much easier to get a crypto license. I don't need it now but can share info with you if needed. So just write me a PM.

I got the cove cove back in January. Un-jibbidyjabbadeed. Was sick for for a day. I got food poisoning on Monday and have been feeling like hell for 2 days. What have I learned? Uncooked cow is a lot worse for me than uncooked bat.

Never trust the weather. Went out for a long walk tonight and exactly half way through it we had to take shelter in the bus stop while the rain stopped. I was in shorts and a t-shirt because it was sunny when we left the house.
Bloody Scottish weather!

I learned that having a lot of possessions can equivalate to having a lot of things taking up thoughts in your head. I'm slowly gravitating to minimalism. I'm not sure, if I'm making sense, it's super late

I'm not sure, if I'm making sense, it's super late Since this is mainly a forum for wrestling figures, I’ll equate it to having hundreds of boxed/MOC figures. It feels good to own a lot of stuff, but the space in your house goes hand in hand with the space in your head. Yeah at times it’s awesome to own a lot of things, but if you only care about a few of them then why have the others? It’s important to care about what you have rather than having things you don’t care about.

It’s important to care about what you have rather than having things you don’t care about. That’s exactly what I did. I was buying things to make up for the lack of quality of life I was living. Realizing that I only wanted a few things here and there. Most of the stuff I bought brought temporary relief, but now I look back and realize that life is about practicality and function. At least for me. If I’m not using something or currently enjoying it, then it must go. Also, selling stuff off made me realize how attached I am to certain items, it’s so strange, but also a great feeling of letting go.

I'll be completely honest with you, I go through periods of depression which goes hand in hand with how bad my mental health is declining that day/week/month and I comfort buy at those times. Things I don't need, things I don't have any purpose owning and things I really don't care about to be truthful. Spending money on collectables is like the equivalent of comfort eating for me. I know I do it, but in the state I'm in I convince myself it's a good idea. At my age now, I've moved on from doing that (hopefully, you never know) and I'm at a stage in my collecting life where I know that owning hundreds upon hundreds of things you don't care about is completely pointless. I'm goal oriented so I have to now have a goal in mind to buy something, whether it be completing a set, or completing an entire line. That's what drives me now, but I can relate 100% to the point you were making and I totally understand it.

Except in my case, I threw everything away and just used it as a distraction. I sort of screwed up my career and mental state of mind. Also, I’m the same age as you, so I’m really restarting again. I’m the type of person to try and achieve twenty things at once, but then get lost in the shuffle. Similar to you, I set a goal. Right now, I’m getting rid of 80% of my collection, clothes, shoes. I’m giving myself less options and cutting off toxic people with little to no value as well.

The actor who plays Junction Jack on Greg the Bunny (Bob Gunton) is the same guy who played Warden Samuel Norton in The Shawshank Redemption. It's amazing what a different haircut & a mustache can do.
