Quite a few I had in mind (Snuka and Bundy especially) have already been mentioned, so new ones: David Von Erich's head is just way off. Both the hair and -especially- the face. It's like Flair, where he looks much closer to the aged David of today than the very young looking David of the 80s. Maybe a smiling sculpt? I think it's the eyes and the hair that are off, they really do make him look too old and tired. Could be redone with yellow trunks and blue jacket You mean Kevin. I got anxious for a second that I missed out on a David Von Erich figure! Totally did. Wishful thinking on my part!

Billy Gunn's boots/lower legs have always bothered me. His shins are never exposed. They also decided not to fix their mistake when they released the HOC either.

Elite 67 Velveteen Dream. When I heard we were getting our first elite Dream I was so excited as he has had some pretty cool attires and looks, what we got was a little underwhelming. I would love for Mattel to give us a Velveteen Dream that really shows his character and pays tribute to some of the great attires we have seen over the years.
Elite 65 Ronda Rousey. I mean, do I need to say anymore on this?

I didn’t even think about that when I bought this figure. The main thing that bothered me with this (and every other Gunn figure Mattel released) was that they never got his tights 100% accurate. They all are missing the lips logo on the front of the tights. I can excuse them leaving “Mr. A$$” off the tights, but why exclude the logo on the front? Plus, with this particular Gunn, the tights are inaccurate as a whole. He never wore green tights with just red lips on them. Whenever he had green tights, they always had multiple colored lips on them (except for his 2004 Velocity attire, but the logos were blue, and this figure is based off the NAO era).

Mean Gene. I don’t think that head sculpt captured him. And go ahead and put him in a tux this time.

I think it’s kind of obvious why Mattel won’t put a giant pair of lips on the crotch. Jakks always pushed the limit on stuff like that. Mattel, not so much. Re: the lips, 100%. That annoyed me about the green Fully Loaded Gunn as well. Though, the green trunks Billy figure also just has red lips. I wonder if that figure was used as reference or something?

For me it would have to be all the elite Stings. They all suffer from inconsistent part choices. I would of used the following recipe:
Surfer Sting: Austin torso Triple H/Ziggler arms (whichever work fine) Dolph Ziggler legs (or just a thicker leg mold in general) Current boots are fine
Singlet Sting Hall of champions Eddie (NOT XPAC OR THE RINGSIDE WOLFPAC TORSO, it’s unproportional compared to the legs given) Elite Hawk arms (they have the right mass and they’re not chiseled) Wrist cuffs And finally but not LEAST TALL boots (Sting wore tall boots for his ‘96-98 Crow look and it’s bothered me that all his elites have short stumpy boots)
DM Sting Elite Hawk arms TALL boots Wrist cuffs Accurate textureless bat or taped up bat instead of wooden grain
DM Goldberg New body mold with large traps Tattoo colored with a lighter greener shade as opposed to pure black New younger Goldberg scan (I cannot emphasize this enough)
2001 Kane New body mold Tall laceless boots (Mattel keeps avoiding this for some reason) New Kane mask scan/sculpt (I believe a lot of people here seem to agree that the jakks r3 scan still blows Mattel’s version all the way)

Now that I look at that BCA figure, it makes sense that Mattel probably used that for reference. But still, it’s a shame that Gunn’s figures will forever be inaccurate.

I also want a sculpted belt on crotch piece of Kane.At last I can't stand that removable 2003 Kane mask I want sculpted face mask head.

sandeep same. Sculpted belt would look nice. I would love to see the mesh sculpted like the r3. I just feel like Mattel has the power/ability to give us something that could top the r3, but they don’t want to for whatever reason. Yet, we get special molds for guys like Kurt Angle for a one off figure. The 2002/2003 elite redo could of done with a sculpted mask, unique knee pads and sculpted torso too.

Hillbilly jim. He was early in the mattel years and I think they've come along way in soft goods for wrestling figures and likenesses. This one looks like his overalls were made by someone's grandma who makes clothing for baby dolls. The likeness is only passable as hillbilly jim and looks a little bruiser Brody. Plus he's wearing elbow pads which hillbilly jim never did. That's an easy fix. It just doesn't seem like they were on their game for this one. I'd like better likeness and either sculpted overalls or a better fitting pair. I have this figure but I would happily upgrade.

Couple odds/ends.
1) Cowboy Bob Orton - I don't think they've captured his wrist cast. Such a memorable angle and it just looks like wrist tape
2) Jimmy Hart - The attire is just off. I'm not sure what they used as reference but for a guy with such memorable attires, they could have chosen a specific moment
3) Jimmy Snuka - Obviously should have gone with the traditional look
4) Big Evil/American Bad Ass - I don't think they've properly captured this run. It should be an Ultimate Edition. The likeness isn't strong and the attire choices/accessories just don't do him justice.
5) Ringside Exclusive CM Punk (ECW) - Made up attire, maybe a different torso? Should have been a soft good shirt
6) Randy Orton Elites - Need a new 09-11 Orton that actually resembles the Viper. They needed to nail his hair and couldn't.
