I chose the Von Erich family because they are what got me hooked as an 8/9 year old. I used to watch wrestling on ESPN after school everyday and the entire WCCW territory hooked me.

Mine is pretty self-explanatory. My second favorite meet & greet pic. Deal where a local indy fed paired with a minor league hockey team. Got tickets to the game, seats to a couple of matches in a ring set up in the back of the arena (near the zamboni), and the autograph/photo session with Animal where you got to wear the famous shoulder pads. Fantastic time.

Mine is because we’re clearly in the darkest timeline. You think 2020 wasn’t by design? Time to put on your fake goatees people until you can grow your own. Who wants to put a wash away blue streak in their hair and join me?
Community fans will get it, everyone else will probably think I’m nuts but hey im having fun...

It's a well thought out, pressing commentary on the tendency of the WF collective to create a centralized beacon of blame and guilt for any perceived shortcomings as they pertain to Mattel's line of WWE branded action figures. At the core of this repeat tendency is Bill Miekina, Mattel's head of design for the WWE Elite Collection line of action figures. Miekina has demonstrated in years past a certain affinity for performers hailing from Japan - perhaps, most notably, international star Shinsuke Nakamura. The volume of WWE Elite Collection figure offerings dedicated to Nakamura's likeness create a focal pain-point for certain collectors of the line. In turn, the perception that Miekina is preoccupied, if not obsessed with including Nakamura as frequently as possible, excluding various other performers who might otherwise have occupied a slot in the latest offering of WWE Elite Collection action figures, becomes something of a characteristic for the fictional and psychologically exaggerated "boogeyman" that is collectively created in the mind of the WF user base. Editorial humor is derived from the circumstantial fact that Mattel has previously offered up action figure likeness of Martin "Marty" Wright, who regularly performed for WWE from 2005 until 2009 under the guise of "The Boogeyman", and the alliterative similarities between Wright's stage presence and Miekina's forename.

Well, mine has been quite the attention grabber here for many years. So it's time I discuss it. My profile picture. It's from a YouTube video I discovered many years ago. It's an alpaca many confuse with a llama and its name is Libby.

I was friends with Nikolai Volkoff from 2013 until his passing in 2018. I knew him well in 2011, 2012 bringing him to a sports card show but we developed a real friendship in 2013. This particular picture is at his house around Christmas time when I took a married couple from work to see him. They are of the age where they would have seen him wrestle in the 70s and early 80s before I was born. We were taking a picture so I could list some ring worn boots of his on ebay. Amazing story thanks for sharing it. Mine is simple, born in Europe so the European belt holds a special spot in my heart. Wish they would bring it back but at the same time some of the current titles aren't properly appreciated like they used to be so maybe better to not have it around right now. Have always wanted to buy a replica but can never bring myself to spend that kind of money.

I also liked the European title. After Bulldog, I think it was meant for the guys who were a bit lower on the card and needed a gimmick to get them over. It wasn't meant for Shawn Michaels. I enjoyed what D'Lo did with it and I think Al Snow may also have been a title holder.

If I remember correctly Al Snow did hold the belt, but yeah it was always meant to be a lower card title. Guys like Kurt Angle brought back some of its prestige to me but to the European title made its mark in the early years as you said with guys like Bulldog.

I don't have one because I don't know what I'd put or if I can be bothered. I used to have new sigs all the time though. I was heavily into the graphic design scene here in the mid 2000's. I think I was even a mod so maybe I had profile pictures too. Maybe it's time to look at uploading one.

My avatar is a Skyrim logo with Charizard stepping in as the dragon in the symbol. I love Skyrim and Pokemon (not really Charizard as much as most) so when I saw it long ago I put it on my profile.
I've not changed it or my signature in years and don't really plan to do so to be honest.
