UFC Pre-Orders Coming Tomorrow!!!

Picked up Conor earlier and yeah, these are tiny.

I was initially thinking “Well Conor’s a shorter guy so maybe, just maybe, he’ll look okay next to the AEW/WWE figures...”

Oh no, he looks like a child. Lol.

I’m going to keep Mac but will hold off on anymore UFC figures until Magic and his team retool them to the same scale as the AEW line.

Loosing the butterfly joints is going to suck but I think it’s being done more for aesthetic purposes which I understand. I honestly also kind of hope the cloth shorts go too in favor of molded ones. The idea is neat but if you move the figures legs/hips any the shorts get sucked up into the joints and they feel like they could rip/tear fairly easily.

I wouldn’t be at all opposed to ditching the cloth shorts for cloth walkout shirts instead. I do however love the flags with each figure and hope that stays.

The headscans and championship belts definitely need touching up too moving forward. Both have potential to look excellent but seem kind of half finished/prototype-ish in this wave.

4 of the figures are 6" even while DC and Cormier are 6.25." When comparing to 7" Mattel Luke Harper these are noticeably small in every department. They scale well with ML but not Mattel WWE or Jazwares AEW.

It seems like Jazwares wanted to scale these to the Fortnite line and wanted to see how it would do. But being that professional wrestling and MMA have more in common they plan to scale up.
In short if you like MMA and or like to add figures scaled with ML (more MCU), GI Joe Classified, Jazwares Fortnite, and figures alike you will be doing yourself a disservice not picking up these guys. However if you only care to pick these up to add to your extension of figures scaled with WWE and AEW then these are not for you.

Shame about the scale, tempted by Connor or other guys to add as celebrities but if the scales that bad I won't bother.

The issue I find with UFC figures is that I'm a realistic person so I'd have to do weight classes and that gets so expensive. I used to have to just do an open tournament or show every time to make it better.

Also do we have anything on an octagon?

After seeing the new reveals and them not being in stock yet I decided to cancel series 1. I got the DC and Cowboy that’s enough for me to see how bad these are. The new reveals look great.
