We all know about NXT call ups, but has anyone else notice that whenever an NXT wrestler appears in the Royal Rumble, at least one of them has been called up that same year?
Examples: Royal Rumble 2020: Matt Riddle - SmackDown Debut (actually debut way back on Nov. 1st) Royal Rumble 2020: Shayna Baszler - Raw Debut (actually made her main roster debut on SD on Nov. 1st) Royal Rumble 2019: Aleister Black - Raw Debut (technically Main Event was his debut) Royal Rumble 2019: Kairi Sane (she was also in 2018) - SmackDown Debut Royal Rumble 2018: Andrade Cien Almas - SmackDown Debut Royal Rumble 2018: Ember Moon - Raw Debut Royal Rumble 2017: Tye Dillinger - SmackDown Debut
Who do you think will make their Rumble appearance and make their Raw/SD debut next year?

Bound to happen for the woman as they need to fill 30 spots.
If he’s still in NXT by 2021 I could see Keith Lee being a candidate. Rhea Ripley. Damian Priest maybe. Tegan Nox or Dakota Kai.

Kross for the men and Nox or Kai for the women.

Rusev in 2014 too.
Pretty sure he had a few appearances after the Rumble, then had his debut match after Mania.

I always just assumed Triple H has a few spots to fill. He adds in his talent, the agents figure the spots out, and in some cases, it's the first Vince really get eyes on the NXT talent. If he sees money logos in his eyes, they get called up.
