Warrior was fired by Vince in November 1992 and wouldn't resurface for a few years, but where would he fit in with WWF in 1993 even if he did stick around? Even when he returned in 1992, he kind of felt out of place. The company changed so much from 1991-1993. Vince was going forward with Bret on top, so what do you do with Warrior that year? Also they were obviously transitioning to a product more focused on smaller technical wrestlers and work rate which made Warrior look like a square peg in a round hole. Hogan was gone by this point, and Savage was already being phased out from in-ring action.

He wouldn't. You can look at his 1996 run to see how it would've ended.

He should have started wearing black and became a biker.

Hopefully wear more baseball hats during interviews. It is what set him apart in 1996 from how he used to be.... ha ha ha

Yeah its hard to say...You have to look at what Vince's plans were for Ultimate Madness...were they gonna be done after Survivor Series 92? Unlikely since they featured in a Christmas Poster with UT, Bret etc as UM.
There were rumours that Warrior would challenge Bret @ RR93 but I'm not sure he would to be honest. So many variables concerning him still being around in 1993.
What happens to UM when Hogan comes back... Does Hogan come back? Who does Warrior face @ WM9 Do we still get Mega Maniacs? Does USA Warrior become the challenger to Yoko in the Summer? Does Bret find himself in an even worse position with Warrior still around?

Warrior v. Bret may have been penciled in very early on for the Rumble but the WWF magazine ad had Bret and Razor featured as the title match with Warrior's picture among other guys supposedly in 30 man match. I can see him in the Macho Man spot with Macho Man maybe going on a bit earlier to be with Ric Flair. Warrior would have been the one going for a pin against Yokozuna and nothing else would have changed for Bret and Yoko. With many newer stars and older picking up steam like Razor, Diesel, Kid and Shawn and Owen in the bigger feuds I can see Warrior going to the card a bit, not liking it and leaving again. As someone said all we need to do is look to 1996 and see where he would have been in 1993.

I know Bret says in his book that he was gonna put the Warrior in the Sharpshooter at the Royal Rumble and have him tap, but I legit think that's just Bret's ego saying that. I don't see Vince putting Warrior vs. Bret and I don't see Warrior saying, "I give up" to Bret's sharpshooter.
Warrior vs. Razor Ramon at Wrestlemania IX seems like an obvious choice. I know Savage was taking time off cause of his divorce with Liz, and Ramon vs. Backlund seemed so out of left field that Ramon vs. Warrior seems like the likely choice in a one on one match.
Another thing though is what would happen with Mr. Perfect?? Would he have came back to wrestle eventually anyhow?? I know he came back cause Warrior left and Savage wanted Perfect as his partner.

Strike a deal with Flair to stay for a little while longer and do Flair/Perfect in the loser leaves WWF match at Mania IX. The seeds would be planted at SSeries with the Maniacs winning thanks to a botched interference from Perfect.Build from there.

Okay, fair enough.
Now what about Lex Luger at Wrestlemania IX then?? If Perfect vs. Flair is happening, who does Luger wrestle??

If Savage isnt doing commentary by off chance I'd have him face Ramon with Luger facing Warrior. The other way around though Warrior/Ramon( like you mentioned) and Savage/Luger works as well. Worst cast scenario Luger gets Backlund.

Looking back I wish Luger would have been a surprise entrant in the Rumble, won the Rumble and wrestled Bret Hart for the WWF Title at Wrestlemania IX.
Have Hogan and Beefcake vs. Savage and Warrior
Money Inc. vs Nasty Boys for the Tag Titles
Razor Ramon vs. Mr. Perfect
Yokozuna vs. Jim Duggan
then...
Crush vs. Doink
Tatanka vs. HBK for the IC Title
Steiners vs. Headshrinkers
Taker vs. Gonzalez can still all take place.

Nope, just a good old grudge match between two top teams that the fans love. Like how the Steiners vs. Sting and Luger had at Super Brawl years earlier in WCW.
The Mega Maniacs vs. The Ultimate Maniacs!! Red and yellow vs. Red and yellow.

Worst cast scenario Luger gets Backlund. That would have been much better, for Lex to beat Backlund. Even though Lex cheated to beat Perfect it had to hurt Perfect's push. How could we think he could beat Shawn if he couldn't beat Lex. Have Perfect beat Razor. He had already lost to Bret, so why not someone else very popular and a great wrestler. Plus, if Razor if they had plans to turn Razor or no plans to use him at all, then he could have taken the loss.

The more I think about it the more I'm liking your WM9 card. Great matches with great star power. And I really like having Bret vs Luger, Luger could go over here to make his signing seem really huge. They could also have the rematch at KOTR93 or Summer Slam93. I also like the idea of Perfect vs Razor with Perfect winning. It would be a good way to wrap up the Macho/Perfect vs Flair/Razor angle. It would also catapult Perfect to the top of the card, putting him in line for the IC title match next - I think this would work better than him losing at WM9 like he did to Luger. Also, it could further Razor's fall as a heel, losing here then to the 123 kid to help with his face turn. One thing I would do is make the tag team title match a fatal 4-way, Mega Maniacs vs Ultimate Maniacs vs Nasty Boys vs Money Inc. This way you don't have to put the Ultimate Maniacs vs Mega Maniacs and worry about who the fans may turn on. However, in the fatal 4-way match you could still get moments like Hogan vs Warrior or Hogan vs Savage, kind of like RR90 when Hogan and Warrior were left in the ring. You could see if the audience really responds to this, if so, you could set up a match later like at KOTR93. Money Inc. could win setting up a run with the Steiner Brothers after WM.

Prefects loss at WM 9 is really strange. He was riding a high after the Flair stuff, even a non clean loss seemed to derail him.

I heard rumors there were plans to put the tag titles on Warrior/Savage post Survivor Series. Maybe we get them vs Money Inc at WM9 instead of Hogan/Beefcake. Then Savage heads to semi-retirement and Warrior moves on to feud with the likes of Yokozuna/Luger/etc

It was a strange time to be a Warrior fan. He had just vanished yet again and there was no explanation for it. You'd have him in some sporadic advertising into the first few months of 1993 then that was it. Back then, we had to dig through the PWI mags to get some kind of scoop. I was hoping for Warrior to appear on the U.S.S. Intrepid to slam Yoko in his '91 Rumble gear lol
