Paul Heyman wasn't prefect but at least he pushed the young talent. Ever since Bruce took over R-Truth (48) Big Show (48) Bobby Lashley (43) MVP (46) have won matches and they brought back 71 year old Ric Flair. Wait I’m confused are we happy they are giving Lashley a push? Mad that they aren’t using him right? Is he too old? Is Orton being a great heel? Is he too old? Is the eye for an eye match stupid? Did the Wwe rip it off AEW? I’m confused about what’s the cool thinking here? Have the shows been perfect? No, but they have been a hell of a lot better than some of the stuff the past few years. The booking makes sense, for the most part the people they have been using have something to do and are involved in the program. Agreed.

Remember, demos don't count on Tuesdays. 😂🤓 I normally don't even look at raw ratings since I only watch ppv for the main roster, but after laughing thoroughly at this I had to go look through the WON to find the key demo number. It was down just like the viewership, but proportionally not as much. Raw I believe finished 4th on the evening. The majority of viewer drop was over 50. But like we both know, demos don't count on Tuesdays, so RIP raw and hail Heyman I guess?

I believe it was a few weeks ago where each hour on RAW was in the top 4 (of the 18-49 demo), and they sentiment was that the show tanked. Gloom and Doom. Then on Thursdays we hear how only demos matter and not the overall viewers. It's very confusing/annoying. IMO, the current ratings is a dying system. Between cord cutters, Hulu, YouTube, and DVRs, the cable numbers are a fraction of the fan's interest. That goes for all wrestling shows. Plus you have to factor in the WWE Network when it comes to NXT ratings. It's not 1998 anymore and IMO fans waste their times focusing on it. The only thing worse than fans focusing on it, is when Jericho does.

Probably not 6/29 www.forbes.com/sites/davidbixenspan/2020/06/30/monday-night-raw-ties-lowest-ever-key-demo-rating-with-june-29-show/#2f45e4850270It looks like this week was solid (around .5 all 3 hours). Those are above average numbers, not seeing the show I'm curious as to why the show started off strong and consistently declined. The real thing to keep an eye on are the demo & overall numbers once sports come back. WWE normally gets hammered by the NFL, so it'll be interesting to see if baseball & basketball returning captures the live wrestling audience. I have a strong feeling it's gonna be a huge blow. I'd be more than happy to break down the demos, but when the news is bad I get hit with bias.

To be honest last thing I want is to talk too long about ratings. Because truth be told, I really don't care all that much. I just want to enjoy myself watching wrestling, even though people online make that harder each week.
I just see Alvarez tweeting about the overall for RAW, not the demos, yet a few days later demos is all that matters.
Just so I don't look crazy, it looks like mid May was the week I was thinking of....

Just so I don't look crazy, it looks like mid May was the week I was thinking of.... The only reason I like paying attention to the ratings is to notice the trends. I have zero rooting interest in what does well. It's hella nerdy, but I think it's cool. lol Alvarez is a troll, but he's consistent. He thinks the overall numbers are most important, but he either doesn't understand why the demo is so important or he's stirring the pot (it's definitely the latter).
