Steph was actually released in that set if I remember right, one thing you can say about Jakks is protos meant nothing. I can think of countless figures where their prototypes were completely scrapped and replaced with whatever the hell they felt like.

That was just a repainted ttl7 steph for the Prototype
The actually released one had a shiny purple shirt and tori arms
Actually that may even just be a photo shop jakks did and no proto in purple ever existed

It actually looks photoshopped, like someone messed with the tinting of a TTL7 Steph photo.
Look how pink the skin is there. I'd say photoshop.
