Update: car still isn't fixed. Mom and pop shop at least we're honest and didn't try to tell me it's fixed.
No mechanic in my area can find a solution, or what the problem is.

Sorry to hear that. Have you checked Google and/or YouTube? I've checked Google and am taking it in tomorrow to a transmission shop. The mechanic today said he thinks it's the transmission, and when I was able to narrow the googling down I found a few people with accurate descriptions of the same issue I'm having. Fingers crossed that I just need a transmission filter change.

Lame question, but did the garage/mechanic hook up a code reader to your car?

Lame question, but did the garage/mechanic hook up a code reader to your car? They didn't at the dealerships. In a way, they seemed like they didn't want to or didn't have one. The mechanic today said they would if they felt they needed to. I couldn't stick around to watch though, for a crazy reason.

I think either Advanced Auto or Auto Zone will do it for free or for a small fee. It can't hurt to ask.

UPDATE: Transmission specialist shop also cannot locate the cause of the issue, but also agree there is clearly an issue.
Nobody knows what's wrong with my car. I'm starting to feel insane or like everyone's playing a joke on me.

Last place I took it too put the car on the hoist and was able to isolate each axle running on their own. They highly recommended me replacing the left, front axle. I will do this, but since I had no trips upcoming or don't really need the car (clear monthly schedule for the first time in years) I've been putting it off. Probably get it done within the next week or so.

There is no need to hook it up to a code reader or scanner if there is no check engine lights or anything on. If it's not throwing a code to turn on a malfunction indicator light the scanner are of no use to you. Have you had the spark plugs and could packs checked and changed? Also cleaning the mass air flow sensor is always a good idea. Most of the time those types of things will throw a code but if it happens quick enough and not enough then it can always slip by the computer. If it was tires or rims or something of that nature your steering wheel would shake violently. What about the rotors? Have you ever changed those? Sometimes in certain weather conditions those can warp or bend and cause this issue also make sure if someone has done the brakes before that all bolts are back in calipers or brackets. Sorry I know I'm a bit all over the place but I am an ASE certified mechanic and those are the first few things that come to mind when you mention the issues your having. Please feel free to tell me more about what's going on or what other shops say and I'll try to help you the best I can!

YouTube has been a huge help when if comes to DIY. I'd recommend that if you have issues with your car.
I had issues once when I kept hearing noise come from the back of my car while I was driving. With some research on Youtube, I found out what the issues were. There's a lot of helpful people online.

Any new updates?
Have you tried rotating the tires? Or replacing them if needed?

Any new updates? Have you tried rotating the tires? Or replacing them if needed? After putting it off to bank some pays, I'm now in the process of having the driver side front axel replaced. Prior to this I tried new tires and two balancing sessions, as well as a trip to a local mechanic who sent me to a transmission specialist. Crossing my fingers that this does the trick.

My car is finally fixed. It was the front left axel after all. Got it back and took it on the highway and it now runs like a dream.
An anticlimactic end but the journey is over. Thanks for all the support and suggestions everyone. It was a great help.
