King Haku secured, though I ordered from Figure Collections after seeing Chella's eye-popping shipping rates. Decided to play a little long game with myself on the bWo, in the end the day may come where I want them, but that day wasn't today.

Placed my orders, but not feeling as good about it this time as previously.
They really need to start delivering big time from here on out as they've burned through a lot of good will so far this year. We all wish them every success but eventually there's no substitution for just delivering on the orders.

Having the figures made before going to pre-order would also be fantastic for future items.

They have 13 things out on preorder this second, list below. Seems a tad excessive. I've seen it before with record labels when they have used preorders to fund pressings and then if they don't get the required orders things can go south quickly.
BWO X 3 Tanga Haku Sabu Dk Mattel style Dk 88 Meanie bone crunchers Haystacks Big Daddy Gangrel Al Snow

I think their plan is to get Series 2 out, and already be ready to start production on Series 3 figures once the pre-order window opens
it would make far more sense for them to use this window to invest in designing the prototypes and getting sign-off for the "final" designs for all currently signed/contracted upcoming figures, and have them ready to go into production as a single wave, and then ship them once the production run is complete.
I know they've been slow to date, but hopefully by the end of 2022, we'll be in a position where the only remaining "pre-orders" awaiting delivery and shipping to customers are Series 3, and all current pre-orders are in consumer hands

I'm usually very pro the pre-order model, but even I'm seeing the benefit of having a set number ready to go now. The business with the Ethan and Hayabusa variants was a lot more satisfying (despite Hayabusa selling-out way too fast over here compared to the US - some stock distribution miscalculation there obviously); perhaps we've now reached a point where the figures need to be much further along before the announcement is even made of a signing - they should have more than enough data now to be able to estimate how many units they need to make to satisfy their usual customers while also leaving themselves with some quantity to sell on their site as in stock items afterwards.

Did some more of the chella retros go up for preorder? Thought I remembered July 1st for some reason as a date? But, I'm confused with all the exclusives and stuff as to what site to find what figure (USA). I believe King Haku, R&B Greg, and the bWo are supposed to go up on July 4 in the US. Thank you! Got my King Haku ordered through Asylum (used them for Adam Bomb and Bull and didn't have any major issues). And as you said, I thought I heard Greg Valentine was coming around the same window, anyone able to confirm a date and where to order him in the US?

Been seeing everyone posting on social media today about getting the new Pre-Orders in!
That batch they’ve released is awesome and I hope everyone on here that wanted them got theirs!
With all the talk about the Zombie figures shipping, it’s good to see movement on all fronts for everyone’s retro fix!

Definitely risky, but I'm a bit up in the air as to whether or not I need them considering I collect WWE(F)/WCW. bWo had a cup of coffee in 05, so they may be justified in the end, but it's not really a perfect fit for what I'm after. These seem to have a pretty wide release so I'm thinking they'll last at least a week or so for me to make up my mind. I imagine that belief can only stand to age poorly

Good stuff! Excited for Meanie that I have ordered and will probably be ordering Adam Bomb when it goes up.

I don't generally mind pre-orders as long as there's a rough idea of when the product will be available, but lately with these retro figures, I find I lose track of what I'm waiting for while more figures are announced and then put on pre-order. The UK blue Hayabusa set-up was a bit of a mess! I missed out and had to go the US route, which wasn't cheap. Like you say, I'd rather Chella hold off on announcing new figures until the ones already announced are far enough along in production. It's the main thing that CWFigs said in their interview that really had me pleased, that they're going to have their figures ready before they put them up for pre-order.

I have no clue why I decided to wait on Bomb, he was up forever and then once I'd decided to get him he'd gone, always the way, lol.

It's nice to hear! 👍 One thing I'm wondering, with them having to provide replacement Adam Bomb figures, will that mean that they can't put up a restock of the figure or will there be enough for replacements and a small restock?

Are they taking back the damaged packaging ones then in exchange or just sending the replacement and allowing them to keep the originals? I'd be interested in one more of Adam Bomb loose if they resold the damaged packages.

I can't recall if they asked people to send the damaged ones back or not. Is Naptown around?
