Out of the characters on the game, I think Koloff & Austin Idol would be most interesting to me. Don’t know Idol too well but seems like a good character to slot in with the hasbros. Road Warriors without fixed on spikes would be great really, but because hasbro release them they’re not really top of my list.
But give me any and all hasbro-style figs all-day, any-day.

I know the "Mind of the Meanie" is a 2-pack with Blue Meanie & Josh Shernoff, but with Blue Meanie and Nick Aldis on the way I can't help but thinking of the roster for the videogame RetroMania Wrestling: Road Warriors, Austin Idol, Nikita Koloff, Tommy Dreamer, Hollywood Nova, Big Stevie Cool, Colt Cabana, Matt Cardona, Bryan Myers, Zack Sabre Jr., Jeff Cobb, Warhorse (& Johnny Gimmick)... Oh gawd please don't let the first figures of ZSJ and WARHORSE be in this crapty style. Yeah honestly I'd rather not get two wrestlers I can't stand in the Hasbro style. Got plenty of those in the awful Mattel Retro line.

I like the Mattel version of Hasbros.

I actually think the body looks fine. Just the head is too big. I hope they're open to constructive criticism, and I'm hoping Blue Meanie comes out better... I LOVED the Mattel retros by the way -- wish I could still be buying new ones

Chella is looking into doing Mattel/Jazwares style figures in the future.

I received my Nick Aldis Chella figure. I’m someone who opens figures because I’ll always be a giant child at heart. Here’s some thoughts:
The head is pretty big. The feet are pretty small. No waist articulation. The body looks like one whole molded piece with a hole for head and arms. Paint decals look solid. No smudging. No misaligned applications.
Is there room for improvements? Of course. Is this a solid first attempt? Absolutely. Am I incredibly excited for what we could receive from Chella as far as these Hasbro-styled figures go? 100%. I also have the Mind of the Meanie pack ordered and I look forward to what comes after.

Can’t wait to see what else they’ve got coming.

A multinational company who have been making toys for 75 years including some of the biggest toy licenses in the world have made figures that look better than the debut figure for a brand new manufacturer? Who would’ve thought that? It’s almost like Mattel’s huge workforce, economies of scale and years of experience have aided them in that.

I was simply explaining that the Mattels weren't cheap knock offs of the Hasbros since someone else tried to twist what I said, but now you've seem to do a good job of that yourself. We're all so proud of you.

just received mine, and pretty pleased with the card and the figure's appearance in the bubble etc
question for @chillary here - does it actually have an action/punch arm, or is that graphic on the box just their way of emulating what Hasbro did to showcase their action features?
tempted to let it breathe, but not sure whether to leave it carded with the rest

THERE IS NO ACTION FEATURE (On the back of the card it says "2. To activate, articulate arms to down position.")The head isn't that bad, maybe a bit too wide. (The Adam Bomb is probably a bad example, as he has a long neck) The feet are small and don't have peg hole, but it stands fine. The skintone is a bit orange and the eyes could use some eyelashes. (Just a line above the whites of the eyes.) Most of the details is sculpted into the plastic and not just paint/decal. e.g. knee/elbow pads, belt a the top and the gold and black lines that go down each side of the tights, the aces on the belt and knee pads. It may look like it's made of cheap dollar/pound store plastic, in the picture above, but It's not, this thing is solid. The plastic is like a WCW Galoob, but with head and arm articulation.

Excited to see these making their way out. I am a US purchaser, so curious when mine will reach me. Very impressed with the final product seeing as I already pre-ordered the Mind of Meanie 2-Pack.

And looks to me like series 2 could be Rock n Roll Express...🤔
